I used this after everytime I shampoo and cond. my hair. It leaves it extremely soft and feels so healthy. I mix it with just a dap of the overnight treatment from REAL CONTROL. I love this line! Its the best thing to ever happen to my hair!

I have really liked the other products in this line and from the description thought it would be fantastic - so I was really disappointed when it left my hair feeling dry and less manageable. This is the only part of the line I would not repurchase.
