I have fine, chemically treated (full highlights), and damaged hair. It was pretty dry and unmanageable. But this conditioner with the blonde glam shampoo worked really well! It did not weigh down my hair too much, because it was dry to begin with. My hair is smooth from root to end, not dry at the scalp. Even after blow drying it, it feels great! Will continue to use this and see how much my damaged hair will be repaired. Hopefully it helps my split ends and breakage.
 Damaged Hair from Perms or Color?

Redken Extreme Conditioner is for damaged hair, due to damage from perms and/or coloring. My hair was a disaster after I had it permed and then highlighted. When the bleach touched the permed hair, it broke off. Thanks to Redken Extreme Conditioner coupled with Redken Extreme Shampoo, my hair looks and feels healthy again. I also use
Redken Extreme Anti-Snap Leave-in Treatment. I use this before I blow dry my hair. This guards against any more breakage. I also use Redken Extreme Deep Fuel Strengthening Treatment once a month. These are the best products money can buy.

This product felt like I was putting a heavy facial cream on my hair. It did little to condition my hair, and left me feeling why I paid more for this, instead of many cheaper conditioners that do the job.

This stuff is fantastic. The Redken Extreme line in its entirity makes for soft, shiny hair that LOOKS healthy too.
