You do not wash this product out. Read instructions for best results. Your hair will feel oily at first, but is not oily at all once dry.
This conditioner is so wonderful. It makes your hair soft without the weight of oily or waxy conditioners.
Directions are on the box and it is a leave in product---tyr it again and you'll see the diffenence, I am sure.

Most people are used to the spray on or liquid leave in conditioners and repair stuff----so you were using too much and dont wash it out....
I like that iT Resami serum is not mostly water and alcohol like nearly all the rest, and that it is not a diluted priduct but really a very very concentrated serum product so it goes, like 1 or maybe 2 capsules, a long way. It is so different than all the others, I think, and that is why you used way too much. Again, leave in it your hair and it is really totally different and give it another try--- hope this helps Afro lady with her concerns and suggested ways to use it---
