Payment Options

Folica accepts the following payment methods:

  • Pay Pal (online orders only)

Your credit card will be charged once your order ships.

Credit card information entered at folica.com is safe and secure. Folica uses industry-standard protocol, SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt and secure your information. To ensure this, Folica.com is tested daily.

Changing or Canceling Orders

We process orders so quickly that in an effort to continue providing such fast service, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it's placed. If there's a problem with your order, please contact Customer Service, at (888)919-4247, Monday through Friday, 7am to 9pm ET.

Backorders

We sometimes offer merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our warehouses, or that has sold out and is being restocked. As a convenience, you can still order backordered items, and we'll ship them to you as soon as supplies are replenished.

If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and backordered items, we will ship your entire order once the backordered items come back into stock.

Online Shopping & Checkout

To Shop:

  • To add an item to your Shopping Cart, click on "Add to Cart" for the item you wish to order.
  • To remove an item, click the "Trash" icon located on the right side of the shopping cart.
  • To change the quantity of items in your cart, change the number in the box under the "Quantity" column and it will update automatically.
  • To add more items to your Shopping Cart, click "Continue Shopping".

To Checkout:

  • Click Checkout. If you are a registered customer, sign in with your email address and password. If not, you can check out as a guest or you will have the option to register during checkout.
  • Address Setup: If you are not a registered customer, enter your Shipping Address and click Continue.
  • Shipping: Choose where to ship your order and how you would like it to be shipped. Make sure the information is accurate.
  • Enter your payment information. Click Continue Checkout.
  • Order Summary: This is your final chance to review your order before you click Complete Your Order.
  • Order Confirmation: When your order has been successfully submitted, you will receive an Order Confirmation email within a few hours.

Order by Phone

To place an order by phone, please have your credit card number and desired item #(s) ready. You can reach Folica, Monday-Friday from 7am to 9pm ET at (888)919-4247.

Shipping costs and delivery options are the same for online and phone orders.

Orders by Mail or Fax

Since keeping your credit card information safe is important to us, Folica is unable to accept orders by mail or fax.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes are not valid on previous purchases and cannot be combined with other offers. Also, promotional codes will not be honored beyond the stated expiration date.
