Directions:

I've been using this foam for 5+ years, I scrunch it into my damp hair and let air dry, or diffuse or even blowdry with round brush and it works great every time. glossy, soft, manageable waves. and volume. If you apply to dry, almost dry hair, you will end up with crunch, or a stiff texture.

I used this product for about 15 years and found it to work wond4erfully. Last Spring when I got a new "do", I quit using it and tried some other products that were supposed to go with my new cut. After trying a couple of other products, I have decided to go back to this mousse. My hair was shiny, manageable, and had volume that it is currently lacking.
