This being a moisturizing shampoo and me having thick curly frizzy hair, I thought, excellent, it will give me back some moisture. Well I used the shampoo and conditioner, let it air dry, and straightened my hair (I use the Chi straightening spray) and afterwards my hair felt like hay, it was really dry on the ends and I had snags in the ends of my hair.I've used the Chi straightening spray and my Solia straightner for about 1-year so I don't think it's that. I would not recommend the moisturizing Paul Mitchell shampoo, it's a waste.
love it!

I have used the paul mitchell moisture shampoo for awhile now and it has worked really well, I had also used a deep conditioner once a week but I didnt use a daily conditioner. When I seen that paul mitchell made a daily conditioner I tried it and it made my hair so smooth and alot less frizzy. Ive gotten tons of compliments on my hair since ive started using it. I highly recommend this product.
Painfully Inadequate

I received a 3.4 oz bottle of this product along with another product during a product swap, and I have to say, if this is the quality of Paul Mitchell's newer hair care, I'm not so sure if I will be running to buy them off the shelves anytime soon. It's rare that I am glad I didn't "waste my money" on something, but this is one of those times when I was really excited, and then really let down. Kind of like if you were given a Versace dress and it made you look bloated on your best day. Yeah.
And does Paul use a ton of ingredients!
You see, the problem is this. When I first squeezed the treatment out in my hand I was so excited. I thought "Now here's something with substance! Look at that satiny finish! Feel the slight weight in the middle of the palm!" But as soon as my two hands began to compress this substance it reduced to about the consistency of the little water droplet on the front of the packaging. Well, I can't say they didn't try to warn me.
Needless to say, aiming to deposit this through thick, forest-like curls would be no easy task, and it wasn't. I even tried helping it along with a spray leave-in first, to kind of give my hair some extra slip once out of the shower, but still the same dissappearing act from Paul and his potion. I feel like asking for a refund of the money that I never spent.
If you want to know how it wore through the day, and if it cut down the frizz, I honestly don't know what to tell you. Did it ever touch my hair? The only evidence I ever owned it is the empty bottle beside me.
