I got my second one yesterday from folica . This is probably best hair nose trimmer I have ever used. It lasts couple of years or more and works great. Like anything else just make sure battery is fresh . Its not something that you use often but battery will get weaker as time goes by. This trims like nothing else I have used. Even more expensive brands that I have tried can't beat this. Folica deliverdd it within couple of days and way cheaper then local areas. Great product .

I've used this trimmer for 8 years, and worn out 2 of them. None of the other trimmers on the market have the same reach or trimming ability. Easy to clean,very reliable with moderate care, and a very good price point.

I dropped the trimmer and it fell about 4 inches to the bathroom countertop. It cracked in two, and although I have reassembled it and put in a new battery, it no longer works. I only used it 3 or 4 times. What a waste of money.
