You will get the same whitening results from L'Oreal or John Frieda's silver/blonde formulas. This product is as thin as water and leaves your hair feeling like straw after just one use! I had to do a deep conditioning treatment after using it, and my hair tends to be naturally oily! A waste of money even if it were only 1/4 the price.

I tried this product twice (two weeks apart) and had the same bad results both times. The consistency is that of water, and the shampoo pours (rather than squirts) out of the bottle. Impossible to control the application! While it did brighten my silver hair, it was no better than the Pantene I usually use. And worst of all, it made my hair dry, coarse, and brittle-feeling. Awful product! Skip it!

You get what you pay for. Pricey but the best product for white hair I can find. Would use conditioner with product for it makes the hair dry.
