Directions:

After shampooing, towel dry hair and apply treatment working from the ends up to the scalp.  To determine proper amount, ensure you coat hair, but make sure you are not overusing product.  Once hair is lathered, comb through with a wide tooth comb to ensure product is evenly distributed.  For best results, leave treatment on hair for 3-15 minutes.  To enhance performance, use a hot, wet towel under a plastic shower cap.  Rinse with cool water to seal cuticle.

"This can be used as a treatment for dry hair.  Before you shower, mist your hair with Jasmine Protein Mist.  Apply Smoothing Hair Treatment liberally to dry hair.  Using it before you shower ensures that you leave it in for 15 minutes.  This technique is great if you don't have the time to leave it in 15 minutes in the shower."

this is a great product to use as a moisturizing treatment every once in a while, or every day if your hair is really dry. it's the best conditioner i've found when i want to switch it up from pureology.
