Key Ingredients:

• Wheat Protein - Strengthens and protects
• Panthenol (Provitamin B5) - Plumps and moisturizes the hair shaft making it appear thicker and reduces split ends

Directions:

Squeeze a small amount of product into your palms and rub to warm.  Apply product beginning at the ends working to about 1 1/2" from your scalp.  Seta can be applied to dry hair to polish, or wet hair to protect.  Also used to tame fly-aways.

"Using your fingers as a comb will help you distribute Seta evenly.  When rubbing your hands together be sure to apply product between your fingers as well."

Works Great

I've used a lot of products before trying this one. I think this works the best on my color treated long hair to get rid of frizz and make my hair look healthly. I'm not crazy about the scent, but it works well enough that I use it anyway. For my past the shoulder thick hair, I only use about a nickel size amount.
