I am a 30 yr old woman with slightly thinning hair and I've never used a product like this before. I've also never written a review like this before, but I read a lot of reviews before I bought it and I know other people appreciate real world opinions like I do. I think organin works well for people who don't have a lot of really sparse areas to cover up. I just sprinkle a little on where I part my hair, pat it and put a bit of hairspray on. Looks completely natural- not even my boyfriend has any idea I'm using anything. If I scratch my head, a little bit of the fibers show up in my nails, but that's a small price to pay for the benefits.

Personally, I don't see a big difference with HairSoReal. Toppic's fibers are more fine. Effect is the same (in combination with Couvre or Dermatch).

I found it to be very clumpy and not like Toppik at all which I find works better. The color did not match either. I guess you get what you pay for. Spend the little more on Toppik, as the extra money is equivalent to the cost of one night out when you think about it.

I've been using Toppik for a couple of years now. I like it, it allows me to go out and think about my thinning hair less. A little less. At the same time, I hate it because it looks like I put dust on my head (at least right after washing; the 2nd day is ok). I had no idea until recently that there were similar products out there, so I was exited to find Organin and reading that it looks shinier. I tried it and my problem of going out right after applying a concealer has disappeared. Organin doesn't look like sand but has the same kind of shine as normal hair. My hair is golden brown and the brown colour matches it well. However, I found that perhaps the coverage it gives is less than of Toppik. So I now mix Organin and Toppik. May sound silly but it works for me well. I have the coverage and the shine at the same time.

The product works as great, just as expected. However, the color I chose is too light for my hair, so the product does not blend well with my own color. It was my mistake, I can't blame the product.

I first went to hair magic which was awesome but is not available anymore. My hair is jet black and i'm on my mid 30's. The i went to toppik which is not quite satisfactory for me because it's hue is grayish black and my hair is jet black. So you can actually see the difference in color on my crown. Then went to megathick which is another awesome product but if you're going to use one for a lengthy period of time might as well go for something less expensive but not less efficacious and less quality which is what this product is all about. ALL of them does not stay long in the hair unless you put some spray. So i don't really believe all those who said that other products have better "attachment" in the hair because i tried them all. This is my regimen which takes less than 5 minutes to do every morning: i have the spray dispenser i bought from toppik webpage and put there the product known as magihair. It's powdery and gives good covergae for my bald spot. I spray it and it's done in 1-2 mins. Then i sprinkle organin to give more coverage and fullness because the strands are thicker. So i'm using magihair (powdery) for good covergae of my scalp, and organin for bulkiness and natural look, The combination, for me, is perfect. One bottle each lasts 2-2.5 mos. Not bad.

I decided to try this stuff based on product review, and what a pleasant surprise! I wasn't expecting much as the "other" fiber hair thickener was expensive, you had to use a lot of it to cover well, and it made your hair look 'dirty.' This stuff covers better with way less product, it looks more natural AND it's cheaper! What more can you ask for? I am now a huge fan... <smiles>

Difinitely better than toppik! That's really all I have to say.....you must try it to make your own assestment, but for me it is truly better than toppik and cheaper too when you compare both products sizes. Juxtapose both products and you will see the difference.

I really enjoy using this product. I use this interchangably with TOPPIK and can't tell the difference. Don't be afraid to save the $. I even use it with the topik sprayer by transfering it to the other bottle. I had a transplant in 2007 and although it was an overwhelming success I still like to augment with the thickening products. Makes me look like I have TONS of hair!!! I work in salon and no one knows and they are a very scrutinizing bunch. This is a gr8 product. TRY IT.

At first I was not crazy about this product, it took some getting used to. Now I really like it, I had a hair transplant, and as anyone who has had one can tell you, it does inmprove your looks but is not what you once had. I use 'courvre' and combining this product with that, I really feel like I have my own hair back. The trick with this product is to style your hair, sprinkle it on, pat it down and then use some type of hair sparay. Just applying the product alone does not work, you need the spray. I have never used hair spray so that's why intially I was not satisfied.

I have tried Toppik before but tried this because it was so much cheaper. It is a great product to use to make your hair look thicker and not see the scalp. My hair is very very thin around the crown and side part. I use it only on days that I shampoo and do not need to reapply in the morning or even if it's windy outside. It stays put unless you scratch your head hard. After applying to the thinning areas I simply pat down on those areas and that is it!
It's worth a try.

I am a 27 year old female who has been suffering from hair loss for about 8-10 years now. Only in the past few years has it gotten bad enough to where I could really start to see my scalp. And as they say, by the time it gets so bad you can notice it, you're probably not the only one. I honestly thought I was going to have to start buying wigs really soon if I couldn't figure out some miraculous way to start growing my hair again. This was, of course, wrecking my self-esteem because it's "ok" for men to lose their hair, but women are not supposed to! Especially one who is in her 20's! In all my searching on the internet, I somehow stumbled onto this product Organin. I was skeptical at first, but then after reading all the other reviews, I thought what do I really have to lose? Maybe a little cash and some time trying to apply the stuff. Well, that would be worth it if I could find something that actually helped. And that is exactly what I found. This stuff is great! It took a little practice to learn how to apply so that it looks more natural, but honestly, unless you are right up on my head with a magnifying glass, there's no way you're going to tell I have this stuff in my hair. It gives me really good coverage and makes it look like I have my natural hair back again. Unless I learn how to grow my own hair back, I will be a customer for life! If there are any other females out there who are suffering from this same problem of thinning hair like I am, please give this stuff a try. It will do wonders for your self-esteem and self-confidence. This is sad to say, but I actually feel like people are paying more attention to me now than they used to! Great product!

I tried Organin because it was about 1/3 the price of Toppik. The color match was not very good for my hair (medium brown). Toppik is way closer to my natural color. If you have a reddish tint to your brown hair, then Organin would be a good choice for you. I gave my Organin to a friend of mine and it worked better than Toppik for his hair. It can be a little clumpy, but with practice you'll figure it out.

I think this product is the best I have used. I tried Toppik, but the Organin Lt. Brown works best for me. I urge anyone that needs a product like this to try this one and you will not be disappointed.

This is a very good product compared to similar products on the market. It doesn't make me itch and it is a bit thicker than the "other product" so I use just a little. I do have hair but I require more density on top and this does the trick. I will definitely buy again. I like the price, too!

I feel I get better coverage with Organin. It doesn't cause my scalp to itch as much either. I also like the bottle because you can see through it and see how much product is left. Best of all - more affordable.

I love this product. My hair has always been thin and fine and even after chemotherapy it grew back the same (I was hoping for a lion's mane). I'm an attractive, 50-year-old, young-at-heart woman, and one day I noticed my hair was thinning fast. Within a month I could see my scalp through my hair in several places. I was horrified. I even resorted to the sprays that make a huge mess and look terrible. It was truly devasting for me. When I found Organin, everything changed. I mix the browns to make a perfect match for my hair. It lasts me all day, with or without spray. I now leave my house everyday with confidence because I look great. I'm even trying more hair styles than I ever had because it appears that I have so much more hair than I actually do. I've directed several hairdressers and their customers to this website; I wish I could be an Organin distributor! The only negative is that it leaves a little powdery mess on the sink and counter top, big deal! I just wipe it, wash it or blow dry it away. If you have thinning hair, try it. It may take a little practice but after a couple weeks you'll have it down pat and you'll be convinced. Thank You Organin, Thank You Folica.

I like the natural look. Blends well with my hair color. Easy to put on. The bottle lasted a lot longer than I thought it would. At least a couple of months with regular use. I have uniform thinning so I shake the bottle around top of my head. A couple of pats and my scalp does not show. Only thing you must remember to do is wash it out before you go to sleep or your pillow will be covered. I will continue to use this.
