I went on this website by accident because I ALWAYS go into ask.com about hair loss.It bought me to this sight.I did not know there were so many hair covering products out there.THE only one I knew about was Toppikk,because it is nationally advertised.I have been using it since1998.IT has been a life saver but I saw this Organin on the website and the price made me decide to give it a try.At first I was a little puzzled how it looked when I ordered it and used it. It looked kind of clumpy and flaked off easy even with the Fulmore product I USE from the toppik company.It flaked so much I spent a lot of time back and forth in the mirror and was not satisfied.So I thought about returning it for a refund ,but decided to give it one more try.I WASHED everything out of my hair (Fullmore and all)and decided to try using it again.Thats when I FOUND my solution.I put the product on a very very little at a time.Thats when I NOTICED A MUCH MORE NATRUAL look.Then I STOPPED and was very pleased in the way I used it.Here is the kEY.I think when we used these products we have a tendecy to overuse them.I was using way to much that is why I was not happy with the look!!Now that I use it gradually I can not even tell I am using this product.So the reason I am going to switch from toppikk is because it is a better product.The color on Organin(black)is darker and you do not see any mixed pigments in it.Toppikks black color looks gray and and dusty,and when you put it on you can see a rusty red color in your hair.That is why I USE THE Fulmore in conjunction with it,just so I CAN GET the darker look.Using the Organin I DO not have to use it because organin is jet black and looks so much more natrual.So this is what I choose to do.My advice to all is to take a mirror outside and look in it after you use the products that you are using because this is the same way people will see you oustside.IT WILL SHOW YOU EVERYTHING.The outside light is better than the room lights inside your house.This is how I FOUND out what my problem was!!! O yeah I have severe hair loss and yet I ONLY have to use this product once a week!!!!!

I bought Toppik and Organin and have just tried the Organin and seem to like the Organin better in the sense that it seems to create a more full look.With either product I think the key is to make sure you use a good finishing spray.I use Dermatch as a base.Also less seems to do more with the Organin.

Organin contains Rayon, cotton, nylon, keratin, ammonium chloride, silica. Toppik contains keratin, amonium chloride and silica. That's why Toppik works and Oqganin and most of the others don't.

First of all I must say that Organin is an awesome product and is by far the least expensive of all the other similiar products. The thing that frustrates me the most is the fact that this product is out of stock and this website continues to advertise that Organin is in stock and ready to ship today. I paid for 2 day shipping and now its back ordered for another 2 weeks or so. It took FOLICA 3 days to put the money back into my bank account. They should have not taken my money unless the product was in stock and ready to ship. This is not the first time that this happened and its becoming a trend with FOLICA. I called their customer service and as soon as I mentioned that I want to cancel my order I was hung up by 2 different representatives . I called a third time and said I want to check the status of my order (without mentioning about wanting to cancel) and then I was asked what my order number was. I requested to have my order canceled and was told that it was too late and I would have to call the next day. I changed my order to something that was in-stock and thought everything should be fine. I called the next day to check the status of my new order and they couldn't see it in their system. Now its Friday and the Customer service rep said that I would have to call on Monday to check the status of my order because the sales Dept is closed on the weekends.....perfect ! Hopefully, if your anything like me, you will read these reviews before you purchase anything. My advise is to not purchase anything from this website unless you don't mind being frustrated and worried that they will take your money and then tell you your product is out of stock.

This stuff is wonderful. As a woman who started loosing her hair in her 30's, I completely understand the depression and social anxiety that can cause. I've tried everything from products, wiglets, and expensive laser treatments. I'd stress at any event that would require me to take my baseball cap off (Pledge of Allegiance, prayers...). For those who are having trouble with the product being visible - less is more. It takes a little practice, but apply it just a little at a time. My husband says it's amazing and he can't see it; it just looks like my hair filled in. My hairdresser thinks it's amazing and is now recommending it to clients. For the first time in years I looked at our family pictures and I LOVED the way I looked. I'll never be without it!

Ok so I've used this product for years but every time I go to order more the price just seems to be soaring and its been happening way before the economic problem of this country, all im saying is that its ridiculous the amount of money spent on this, it hardly even last a month and its not all that natural looking, folica doesnt even sell toppik, which was cheaper and better and half the time the product is out of stock.The product itself is ok nothing too special but come on now 30 bucks plus shipping!

I use to use Toppik before they stopped selling it here. I switched to this product and am very disappointing. It does not cover as well and blows out very, very easily. just shaking your head it falls out. Toppik never did that and stayed put all day even without hairspray. Wish they would bring Toppik back!

ok, long time toppik user here. used this before as a mixer with topic. it is great color but soooo fine it wont stay on my head!! even with the hair spray sold here to "lock" the fibers in, it still blows in my face with the car window open, its allover my pillow in the morning (dont wash every day),& all over the bathroom counter...even with holding it directly to my scalp and gently tapping, it still manages to get everywhere! i think it may be causing skin breakouts, because i cant keep it off my face. i wont ever buy it again!

I ordered this product based on the glowing reviews. Has anyone ever bothered to pick up a 5x mirror and take a look @ the area that this stuff was placed on??? It looks like I have a skin condition,..it seperates and almost does not seem to stick to certain areas. other areas it gets a bit gloppy or concentrated. It is not an even application! And when I brush my hair,..forget it,..some of it comes off leaving like a patchy area behind. Actually the application itself is patchy,.and yes I follow the directions carefully. Look at your treated area if you use this stuff,..no way does that look normal or natural.

I am an African American woman with very fine hair in my crown. A few shakes of the Organin and my problem was solved! This is an excellent product. It's not messy and blended very, very well (ordered black). It is truly a miracle product. It does come out somewhat dull but, I think, if your need is mininal, no one will notice at all! I cannot believe how natural the product ends up looking. Definitely will continue to use!

I have stopped highlighting/dying my hair and let it grow in darker. I chose the light brown to use in the frontal area and if I lightly sprinkle it it tends to end up just below my hairline. If I pat it or spray it it ends up with unsightly brown clumps that look horrible against my pale white scalp. I am a youngish mom and I can't afford to have this so obvious. I am going to try the lightest color- the dark blonde in hopes that it blends a little better. Not a bad idea but the jury is still out on this one. I'm not sure but it also seems a little itchy- this may be in combination with the special spray that I used. Will let ya know if I find success!

Great product, but Folica really needs to quit running out of stock. If the product is selling well, then order more of it and don't run out! It's really very simple.

I love the way this hair fiber thickens your hair. I thought that the Toppik smelled like syrup. Organin does not seem to have that smell. Also, It does not make my head itch like the Toppik did. The Organin looks very natural and the Ash Blonde blends in with my auburn/brown hair. I do use it up in about 6 weeks as opposed to 90 days like the add says. I have a lot of thinning on the top and some over the edges near the top. (female patterned hair loss). The only hassle is the clean up. It gets over everything. It is worth the results though. I just have a "designated" place to put it on. Don't do it near toothbrushes!

I love love LOVE this product! I had surgery over a year ago, and started to lose hair after 11 months, unexpectedly. I had no idea why, and when I found out it was a result of stress over my body, I ordered Tricomin shampoo, which my dermatologist recommended, and THIS product, and they are FANTASTIC!! No one knows I cover my thinning scalp which this amazing hair powder. I think it's so wonderful!!! I just set it with a little bit of aerosol hairspray, and it stays on all day, and through the night too!! I wash it off the next morning! One of the only products I refuse to live without now!! :)

OMG!!! this is the best thing next to hair! I love this product more than any others I've tried and believe me I've tried them all! Honestly y'all, it's so easy to put on and just looks so natural. You've gotta try it if you've given up on all other products that claim to hide your thinning hair.
I shampoo, conditon and curl my long hair and afterwards just gently shake the jar over my parted hair and bam i'm ready to go! I've never experienced anything as good, clean and easy to use before. On days that I don't wash my hair I just dab a little organin onto my parted hair and I feel confident once again. I plan to buy a bunch more jars of this product before they decide to discontinue it, like they do everything else i like! Rememer to shake gently and then pat your head once or twice and you're ready to go.
I am one satisfied customer and I've always loved follica!

I am a 49 y.o. woman with thinning hair top of head. I use the Light Brown and it really does the trick...a little sprinkle after styling (not directly on hair, I part hair in 2 or 3 areas where scalp is thinning and lightly sprinkle.)
Instantly coveres bald areas...It makes me feel much more confident. For the price,I would highly reccomend.

This stuff barely sticks to the strands of your hair, even if you use the spray. Most of it settles down on your scalp and forms unsightly clumps, and when you sweat, godforbid, you'll look like you have some kind of ghastly scalp abnormality that's more atrocious than baldness. What's worse is that you should use this stuff in a highly controlled atmosphere or, if possible, in vacuum, because half of the fibers that you manage to strenuously draw out from the unwieldy bottle seem to scatter all over your face, shirt, hands, books, laptop, your cat, and everything but your head if someone so much as opens a door in your house and the air is slightly moved. And the opaque bottle is ingenious; we all have x-ray vision to find out how much of the stuff is remaining. I don't even care cuz I've already gotten rid of it. It's 20 something dollars, and sure, you get your money's worth. Plan to invest more in a product that's more worthwhile than this worthless joke.
