I have very fine delicate hair. Breaks easily. I usually get an ISO perm but want to do it myself. My hair is mostly gray. Which One and Only should I use? Thank you

Is this a do it yourself kit too?
Would you discourage doing a perm at home on yourself or having someone do it for you at home? And if it is ok what would you recommend? I want a medium to tight curl.
