Once you get the knack of this wax system, it is your friend! I keep mine plugged in and ready to go. I would be very sad if I could no longer get refills for my little machine!

I just wanted to let you know I bought this product recently and I love it. It is very easy to use, it is not messy at all and I don't even want to tell you how happy I am with all the money I'm saving by not having to go to the salon. :-)
not worth the hassle

this waxing system could be useful but with a lot of practice and for me its not worth it. i found a reasonably priced salon that waxes much better than the one touch roll-on waxer. i wouldn't recommend this product

works well and very easy. the first time wasn't that great but by the 2nd or 3rd it was great. let wax get really warm first.
Worst Wax Sytem EVER

We tried to use it, but only got half done because of the pain. The roll on applicator doubled the pain. I recommend this product be recalled and all consumers be compensated for their pain. I'm waiting for my compensation.

This was my first waxing experiment at home and it was super easy, clean and fast. The wax heats up faster than the recommended time and comes out smoothly from the rollars. It does take about 3/4 of one large rollar to do my legs, bikini and armspits. You don't waste any waxing strips since you can roll on the wax in just the size you need. I recommended this system to a friend who used the traditional wax tub with a tongue depressor applicator and she threw hers away as soon as she used the One Touch.
Works great for bikini area and back

I've had this system for at least 10 years and I love it! I've only used it on my bikini area and on my husband's back (yikes!) but it works like a charm. I tried it on my legs once, but it was just way too painful for me. I do wait at least 30 minutes for it to heat up and I clean the roller with mineral spirits, although I'm going to try wiping the roller with a cloth strip and letting the unit melt the rest the next time as mentioned in another review.
I don't find it to be messy as far as spilling or getting all over the heating unit and I replace the wax in the unit along with the cap each time I set it down. Yes, that's a pain, but it keeps the wax warmer longer and prevents messy spills on furniture/carpet. And after waxing for 10 minutes or so, we take a break and let it heat up again for a few minutes (and have a shot of Tequila to deaden the pain.) Waxing is not a pleasant experience no matter who's doing it.
Baby oil works like a charm to remove the wax residue left on your skin after waxing and soaking the roller in mineral spirits for a few hours works well to remove the gunky wax on the roller. Also, when the wax gets low in one unit I start a new one and then heat up the old wax and pour the it into the other. That way I waste very little wax.
It seems I'm lucky enough to have a Sally's Beauty Supply in my town. They carry the refills and the strips and have for years.
I highly recommend this unit for waxing at home. Just be sure you read and understand the instructions and it should work great for you too.
This is great

The wax gets hot enough which makes it pretty easy for hair removal. It pays for itself in a couple of uses.
I love it

In other reviews that I read prior to purchasing my One Touch there was an indication that some difficulty was present with the smaller unit and it's usage. I have not found that any difficulty is there at all. On my second use of the unit I simply let the wax warm up and then run the rollers over a piece of paper to clean the wax off the rollers and they work wonderfully!
Thank You!!!

Finally, I can wax at home without the mess. No more microwaving, no more eyeballing for the right temperature and consistency and slathering the melted wax with a spatula. The temperature and wax consistency is perfect everytime. I've used it twice now and I wish there were more strips per package. If you know how to follow instructions, you'll get a perfect wax everytime you use this product.
a great sollution

I have had it for years i love it the roll on keeps in the perfect temprature goes on easy doeswnt drip all over the place. 2 problums: 1.it is hard to clean the heating elemt (not the roll on) 2. you have to change it eavry few years- but it is worth it.

Its pretty good. It does not come out on the roller very well, finally just took the roller top off and applied it with a wood stick. The wax is great, really works well. You will need some oil to remove excess wax, that works great. You will go through the paper strips pretty fast though, get extra. The heater part is great, keeps the wax warm and pliable.
good overall

The small tube does not come out when hot. Must take the top off to get to the wax. The large tube comes out just fine and work well. But when trying to do the eyebrows, I must use a tooth pick or something in order to get in the right place so that I don't remove all of my eye brows.
you can do a better job at home than a salony

Premise being I am new to waxing, The One Touch product was easy to use and almost fool proof. I said almost because I am still getting the hang of waxing.
The product does what it is supposed to do, it's not messy at all, and best of all have good results. I am happy because I know I don't have to rely on a professional all the time to do the waxing for me and that is quite a relief.
I bought this product based on the reviews I read online as well. Go try for yourself, I too recommend it.
Love it!

I been using One Touch for 5 yrs. on my upper lip. I don't use the roller, I remove the roller and use thoughs skinny popsicles sticks that you can get at any beauty store. Dip the stick into the wax, just alittle and apply. It's easier then the roller, atleast for facial hair. Be sure to let the wax get hot and don't unplug until after your done. Enjoy.
best home waxer around

This is by far the best home hair removal wax product. I have tried other store bought methods (heated and pre-waxed strips), and the DO NOT compare. They are either way too messy (the heated ones), or the "sticky" stuff only give syou one tear (the pre-waxed strips). However, at this point it is near impossible to find refills for this great product, which is frustrating, because I refuse to pay what the salons want to do the waxing for me!
