I bought this recently at a hair salon and was told by the owner that I should use this in the winter since that is when we shed most hair, she uses it herself, just seasonally. I'm planning on using it for 3 months and see what transpires in that time (new hair growth) and take it from there... Good Luck!!

Your hair is constantly growing, so to keep the results you're getting, you will have to continue to use the products. The excpetion would be if the cause of your hair thinning is corrected. Say, if it's brought on by stress, chemo, etc. When the source is removed, the Nioxin could help you get back to where you want to be, then discontinued. Good luck!
