Nioxin System 1 Starter Kit for Fine Hair

I hair stylist, who is also a good friend of mine, recommended that product about 2 years ago. I was thinning at an early stage. I thought "well, even if it doesn't work, at least I'll stop putting all kinds of chemical and nocive products in my hair". I was blown away when I noticed, after about 6 weeks, tens and tens and tens of brand new baby hair growing on my forehead!!!! It actually REVERSED the process; not only slowed it down or stopped it. Here is how I use it (because I don't respect the directives):

step 1:
-I work through hair - MASSAGE 1 minute (slowly but with a good pressure, I spend more time on the forehead and the top of my head)
-I wait 1 minute
-Rinse well

step 2:
-I work through hair, MASSAGE during 3 minute (very slowly but very firmly - I guess it stimulates my scalp and woke something up..)
-I wait for about 3 minutes (I just take my shower as usual during that time)
Rinse well when I'm done

step 3:
dry my hair with a towel, then apply it on the critical zones (I use 2 to 4 doses). Then put gel and dry it with hair dryer.

I wash my hair every 3-4 days.

It needs some more time (8-9 minutes for the whole process) but the result is AMAZING for me. Gonna use it for the rest of my life..
