Definately my best friend is a hair stylist and she recomended this product to me awhile ago. i've been taking the pill for a little over a month and i must say my hair has grown out an inch my nails have grown super long. It is definately stronger. i recomend shopping around for the vitamins ive seen them priced from 25 to 10 dollars.

Yes they are very easy on the stomach. I usually take one in the morning with a banana or fruit. SOmetimes if I am in a rush I take them with a glass of milk.

On the Supplement Facts chart I do not see iodine listed as a direct ingredient. However, it does list Bladderwrack, which is a type of seaweed, and may indirectly contain significant levels of iodine.
