It does not reduce the appearance of facial spider veins

I've been using this cream for more than 12 weeks everyday in the morning and in the afternoon and it did not reduce the appearance of the spider veins on my face. It did not even made them lighter. The cream is good for skin firmness and elasticity but I bought it to help to reduce the appearance of my facial spider veins. It did not worked for this purpose.
