Just used this product and LOVED it. If you have problems I would suggest you try heating it more than is suggestes. I know it says not to do this, but it worked much better for me. It also says to spread the product paper thin...I think it's more accurate to say spread it a few sheets of paper thick...if you make it to thin it doesnt pick up the hairs. Stick with it once you get the technique this product rocks...too bad it only comes in a tiny size, I can't even get both lower legs done with this amount.
