The purchase online was easy and quick. The delivery was super fast. The Mehaz Ingrown Toenail Lifter seems to be a professional tool. Very high quality. The item was easy to use and has saved me from further pain. I am 100% satisfied and it is worth every penny!

Order this on Amazon. After I paid I got another email saying it was backordered and would not reveal a tentative date ( ever hear of the concept of signalling availability on the web page. The conecpt is called 'available to promise'.). Then I get another email saying it is shipping ( my head is spinning). And then today , 17 days later I get an email saying thank - you as please fillout the satisfaction form.

WHERE IS THE ITEM I PAID FOR!!!!????? HAVE NOT SEEN IT..THEY NEED TO FOCUS ON SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY VALIDATION..

didnt look as easy as a manicurist makes it look, but it helped relieve some of the pressure from the toe
