My mom got one of these brushes when traveling through Europe in High School over 40 years ago. She has very thick coarse hair that was hard to get a brush through. I have the same hair. Growing up I would always use my moms bruxh, I just couldn't find one that worked as well. I finally got one about the time I graduated from High Schoolm, and I have now had my brush for about 15 years. It is still in almost perfect shape. The bristles are stil strong and all attached. I know this brush is pricey, and a bit of an investment, but it will be the last brush you ever buy. They are well constructed and very durable. Not to mention they really work well to bring out the gloss in you hair!

I love this brush- I highly recommend this brush for everyday brushing and for styling smooth layers. It massages your scalp without pulling. It is an essential brush to have.

I love this brush. It is heads and tails above every other brush. It is nicer on the hair and in the hand.

I bought this brush to keep at home. Before that I bought a pocket size, to try it out. I love that so much that now I carry the pocket size everywhere in my handbag and leave this bigger one on the bathroom counter. I use both all the time. Nothing brushes better and leaves hair shinier, and it feels good too. It's one of those rare things that is worth the extra money for high quality. If you haven't tried these MP hairbrushes yet, go for it!

I purchased this brush 8 years ago. It had been specially ordered for someone who had not picked it up. So they sold it ot me. I consider myself fortunate as it bercame unavailable shortly after. I have long thick wavy hair. I was concerned that this brush wouldn't go though my hair, I was assured that it would and it does. I can brush my hair when it's wet or dry without pulling or breakage. This is a terrific brush and trully worth the money. With regular care, I fully expect to never have to replace it.
