Manic Panic Flash Lightning bleach kit was designed for pre-lightening the hair before using Manic Panic cream or gel semi-permanent hair colors. Includes everything you need to lighten your hair.
Kit includes: - 1 Pair of gloves
- 1 Tint Brush
- 1 Mixing bowl
- 1 Plastic cap
- 1.0 oz. Of Dust Free bleach powder
- 3 ounces of 40 volume peroxide
- Complete step by step instructions
Always follow the instructions on the box carefully. Folica recommends doing
a strand test prior to application (take one strand of hair and follow
instructions on the box). Note: This kit can only be shipped by ground. No overnight or air
delivery. This product can not be shipped outside of the continental U.S.

If you can read directions and have done at least a little research on the process of bleaching, you won't have any issues. It does what it's supposed to.

I went from Brown hair to orange. It was fried. My hair had never been so dry in my life and its elasticity was unbelievable were I to apply blond dye I am sure my hair would've fallen out. I had been growing my hair and it was the longest it had ever been, I had to cut it and after almost 10 months my hair has never reached its natural softness again and in order to achieve my once healthy looking medium length I had to resort to extensions an expensive solution. Definitely NOT worth it.

Agreed! If you have thick or long hair, this won't even come close. I was just doing streaks and it used up entire mix.

I have below shoulder length hair and 1 kit did not do it so make sure to get 2 if you have long hair.
