Unbelievably effective

This is the ONLY product that's helping me to quit biting my nails. This has been the worst habit to break for me because I started biting my nails when I was nine years old, thirty years have gone by and now, only thanks to STOP, I can see a future free of nail and cuticle biting.

This is a great product and has helped my seven year old daughter stop sucking her thumb. It last a long time and is well worth the money.

This product is amazing! I applied it to my 4 and 2 year olds thumbs. The 4 year old decided she was done sucking her thumb the first day. By day 2 my two year old had kicked the habit as well. The taste is awful! My 4 year old says it's "icky." An excellent buy at a great price!

We have done everything we could to get our son to stop and nothing would work I got the stop from the dentist and it has worked great so far it has been 2 weeks we still put it on his thumb just as a reminder.

Both my daughters, ages 2 1/2 & 4 1/2, sucked their thumbs constantly. They quit the habit on the first day; didn't even suck their thumbs at night! Only 1 or 2 reapplications were necessary in the past month for my younger daughter, none for my 4-year-old. Highly recommended product.

I used this product on my son 3 1/2 and my daughter 6 1/2. It was recommended to me by a friend. They both never sucked their thumb again. They tried to, but I guess it did not taste so great! The only thing is, about every few days you will have to reapply until they break the habbit for good. But for the most part, it works!
Worked Great..I Only had to use it twice.

My son is two, and been sucking his thumb since the womb. I bought this stuff since the reviews were so good, couldnt wait to see if it worked. Astonishingly enough it did. I was soo happy. Now I dont have to worry about all those dental bills I would of had. I tried one application for 3 days and then once more for 3 days and done. No more thumb sucking. The stuff tastes terrible but it works. Its soo easy to use also.

You have to be careful about putting your fingers anywhere near your mouth. This stuff stays put for awhile, even after you wash your hands, so when I was flossing my teeth, the saliva activated the product. I only had to use it once and that did the trick with stopping the nail-biting because the taste is pretty awful. It does what it's supposed to do.

My 4 year old daughter had been sucking her thumb since she was about 6 months old. Adding insult to injury, at about the age of 3 she began biting her nails. We tried every home remedy, nothing worked. I started checking on line for products that might help break her oral fixation habits, I read up on Mavala and thought I'd give it a try. We ordered it, used it, and I'm happy to report my daughter has been thumb sucking and nail biting free for about 3 weeks. I would recommend that you at least try it. I have certainly seen a difference.

After reading several good reviews about this product I decided to try it with my soon to be 2 year old, who is a thumb sucker. After applying it to his thumb he put his thumb in his mouth right away. I have to say the experience he and I went through was AWFUL! He started drooling terribly and soon after he was puking! As a parent, I thought what the heck am I putting my kid through!! But after a few hours, he surely didn't want that thumb anymore. Once he figured out what was causing the nasty taste in his mouth and what was making him sick, he quit sucking his thumb cold-turkey!! My husband & I did taste the stuff and it really is horrible!
I highly recommend this product to get your child to kick the thumb sucking habit...........just be prepared incase your child does get sick from it. Remember it all should pass within a short time.

When I first rcvd this my 3 year old hated the taste. She kept her thumb out of her mouth for a week or two. I had to keep re applying once a day becuase the polish kept coming off. I realized finally she had gotten used to the taste and didn't care anymore. Now I am thinking about the thumbguard.
No more thumbsucking!

This product is the best! My 2 1/2 year old daughter was heavily dependent on her thumb. After the first day, she stopped putting her thumb in her mouth during the day, and after the 4th day, she had stopped at night and was able to get to sleep on her own. It tastes awful, and unlike tobasco or other bad tasting ideas, it doesn't come off with a couple sucks on the thumb. Despite the taste, my daughter even enjoyed when I applied it to her nails.
This stuff really works!!!!

My son is eight years old and told us he would "NEVER" stop sucking is thumb. After two nights and two applications, he complained of a nastsy taste in his mouth and asked if i knew what he could do to get the taste out. Next thing I knew he completely stopped. I still have a complete full bottle that I intend to pass on to a couple of friends with thumb suckers.
This stuff works miracles!

My son was 5 years old and still sucking his thumb. I tried everything! Then I purchased the Mavala Stop and within 3 days, my son totally quit sucking his thumb! (It's now been a year and a half and he's never once even thought about sucking.)
I just bought the Mavala Stop once again for my daughter now. She 4 1/2 and still sucking her two middle fingers. Once again, the Mavala Stop has worked! She's no longer sucking her fingers. I highly recommend this stuff.

My eight year old daughter would not stop sucking her thumb! We had tried many different items, but nothing worked. After taking her to an orthodontist, believing the only way to get her to stop was to put a device in her mouth, he gave us information on this product. I ordered it, and she has not sucked her thumb since. I am so happy to have finally found something that works! It is worth every penny!!!

I bought this for my thumb sucking four year old. It tastes so udderly awful & bitter that she would not stick her thumb in her mouth. The bitterness remains even after handwashing. I am going to keep using Mavala Stop until my daughter totally gets completely out of the habit of sticking her thumb in her mouth. It is great for little thumb suckers!

My two daughters, ages 5 and 7, had sucked their fingers from birth. We used this stuff for about 2-4 days. That was it! Never again since (its been about a month).

My daughter is almost 4 and her thumb sucking was getting worse. I bought this stuff and used it once and she stopped sucking her thumb, even while she slept. It wore off in a few days and she figured that out and fell off the wagon for one day but then the next time I put it on she really seemed to understand and that was 2 weeks ago and she hasn't sucked her thumb once and we haven't had to re-apply at all. She was starting to get a bad over-bite and her thumb was so hard and callused, it was gross. I am very thankful for this product. I didn't think she would ever be able to stop. She has sucked her thumb while sleeping since she was born and she was starting to do it while she was awake too so I knew something had to be done to save her gross thumb and especially her teeth.

We tried several different approaches to get my 2 yr old to stop her thumb sucking and the "Thum" brand. They did not work. MAVALA worked very well and after applying it for 2 weeks, my duaghter stopped her thumb sucking. It however needed to be applied daily and sometimes twice a day because of frequent hand washing.
