What a great product!

We have used every other product advertised to try to get our 4 year old to stop sucking his thumbs. The other products worked for maybe a week. So I was sceptic about trying one more thing and spending more money on this bad habbit. BUT This miracle product really worked. It has almost been a month, and he has not reverted back to sucking his thumb. I have reccommended this product to my friends and family and they have already seen an improvement with their kids too!!!
Can't believe this works like magic!

My son has the nail biting problem shince he was 4 (He just turned 9). I made a lot of effort in pursuading him not to do it, but failed. After I started to apply this product to him since last Christmas, he has stopped it completely. I will continue use it for some time.
Thanks and this product is highly recommended!
Didn't work for my 4 year old.

My daughter has been biting her nails for more than a year now, and while I applied this bad-tasting polish every day for a week (I tried it-- it is very bad and lingers in your mouth for the next hour or so!), I didn't stop my little chewer. Just thought I'd add that into the mix.

My dughter has been sucking her thumb for almost 9 years. We bought this with the hopes that it would help. She is now free of sucking her thumb! We are so pleased.

My 3.9 Yrs old daughter used to suck her thumb since she was 3 months old.She was not able to sleep without sucking her thumb,then she started sucking while watching the T.V,and also when she was bored.I tried several things, nothing worked.I heared about this product from my friend.Before applying this to her thumb, I told her that her thumb will taste bitter soon, if she keep on suking it.Then I applied it when she was sleeping.Next day she tried to do it after washing her hand several times,again and again .Then she gave up.She didn't suck her thumb not even once after that.Thanks to this product.Worked realy great for us.

This stuff is SUPER-bitter, and immediately stopped my 4½ year old girl's finger-sucking (which she's done since she was in the womb). Be aware that the finger-sucking is probably just a manifestion of some need, however, so it may get redirected in some other way (probably emotional or behavioral).
In our daughter's case, she whines a lot more, and sometimes she puts her hair in her mouth. Still, I'd rather she come to Mom or Dad for hugs than suck the fingers.
The ONLY thing that has worked for us!!!

My son has been a thumb sucker since he was 3 months old. Now that he is 4.5 years old, the thumb sucking needed to stop. At his last dentist appointment in the fall, the dentist told us that the thumb sucking needed to stop in order to avoid any malformations of his mouth. So for the last 3 months we had tried every thing (including bribery:) including other nail products, but nothing worked!
Upon seeing the great reviews for Mavala Stop, I thought why not try one more thing? Well, it has worked like a charm to end the mindless sucking that goes on in the middle of the night or when he watches t.v. I think that it is a great reminder (bitter, yet effective) to not put his thumb in his mouth.
He hasn't sucked his thumb in over 2 weeks, and requests the "nasty stuff" for his thumb to keep on with the great progress we have made. Thanks for the great product!!! Oh, and a little goes a looooong way:)
This worked when nothing else would!

My daughter had always sucked her thumb since she was a baby. The stop was a last resort. It worked like a charm! Then she took up biting her nails. It really does work...we're on our third bottle! We call it "magic potion" because it really is magic!

Mavala Stop worked like a charm for my 4 year old. She sucked her thumb when there was nothing else to do. I put Mavala Stop on 1 time and she never sucked it again.

We were in CO over Thanksgiving and discovered this product while my neice was using it! My 10 year old was ready to stop sucking her thumb but unable to do it on her own. This product works. It stinks BUT it works:)!
Thank you for a healthier child now that she has stopped sucking her thumb!

Great Product! My 5 year old was a thumb sucker and wouldn't quit. We put this on her thumb for a week and she hasn't sucked since. I recommend it!

I bought Mavala Stop to help my six-year-old stop sucking her thumb. I applied it to all her nails, and after just a few days she swore off thumb-sucking forever! Just to be sure, I continued to apply it every few days for about two weeks. I haven't applied any more for well over a week now, and I haven't observed her sucking her thumb even once! Thank you, thank you, for a product that truly does what it says it will!

My adopted 3 1/2 year-old daughter sucked her thumb long enough to give herself an overbite. Shortly after adopting her, I tried "Thum," which was useless. I then searched the internet and found rave reviews for Mavala "Stop." I bought a bottle and found that it worked immediately. My daughter will hold her fingers near her mouth and she will chew/suck on her shirt, but she no longer sucks her thumb. I will continue to apply "Stop" until the bottle is gone. If she resumes sucking her thumb, I will buy more, but I don't think it will be necessary.

This stuff really works! My son is almost 3, and has not had his thumb out of his mouth unless he is eating. The first night I put it on, he learned very quick that it's nasty. It has been about 3 weeks, and has not sucked his thumb yet!

With my son's consent I have tried several brands of nail polish to help him stop sucking his thumb. He is five years old and he calls the nail polish "a liquid reminder". Mavala is the ONLY brand that he does not suck through. He told me it is the first one that doesn't wash off with soap and water. Since we started using it we only need to apply the Mavala once every 5 days. This has improved his self-esteem.

OMG.... this thing tastes soooooo bitter! yuck! i cant even get my fingers near my mouth because the taste will rubb onto my lips and when i lick my lips it tastes horrible...so i know not to get my fingers anywhere near my mouth..now all i need is the encouragement to put it on everyday lolbecause now i dont want to! but no, i have to stop bitting my nails for my own good...i've always longed for long beautiful strong nails...and now i might actually get it! woo hoo! lol
so the point is...got a thumb sucking problem or a nail bitter? BUY THIS!!! ASAP!

My 5 year-old son had sucked his thumb since he was about 3 months old. I applied this to his thumbnail for 2 days and his habit is gone! I thought maybe he would start up again if I quit putting it on, but he has not and it has been two weeks. I highly recommend this product.
