This really is a wonderful product. I am well up in years and have heavy duty ridges - Mavala Ridge Filler really "fills" the bill. Thank you.

OK.. 1st off, I'm a guy and I enjoy taking care of my nails... there I've said it. I have a couple nails with ridge issues and thought I'd try this product instead of filing down the ridges because my nails are thin and break/split easily. This product goes on easily and flows well but it a bit thinner that I thought. That's not a problem but may require more than one coat. I really like the fact that it dries to a matte finish but can be buffed to a decent shine/glow. The shine isn't like with a clear polish that is too glossy, but is a nice healthy, masculine shine. The only downside I experienced is that it goes on flesh tone color and dries clear but maintains a bit more "yellow" appearance than I prefer. I compare this product to Orly Nails for Males. Very similar except the Orly is a thicker product but isn't yellow'ish on the nails. I still recommend the Mavala Ridge filler as a nice thin application, easy to use product for the guy who doesn't want a glossy look to his nails.

I have been looking for a neutral toned ridge filler for a long time. Luckily MAVALA's is great. As a result, my toe nail polish doesn't chip, and it wears longer. The MAVALA Ridge Filler doesn't affect the color of the nail polish. I use it on my finger nails by itself for a clean and tidy looking manicure.
Not-so-great for MEN

It may not have as heavy a gloss as some products, but it is still far too much for a man to walk around with. And I'm a dude who thought it wouldn't be a bad idea to wear nail polish... so like... definitely on the metro side of the spectrum.
