Mavala's eye makeup remover is the best I have ever used and the only one I have used for over ten years. Gentle is the key word in describing this product. Does not irritate the eyes in any way and I have very sensitive eyes.

All of the other non-petroleum based removers I have tried over the years left mascara residue on my lashes. So I resorted to using good old Vaseline because it was the only thing that really worked, but of course it's heavy, greasy, and blurs your vision. I tried this product because I have also had good results with Mavala Double Lash strengthener. It's the best remover I've ever used -- light, non-irritating and really works. You don't have to follow the rather complicated directions that come with the product -- just massage in a little bit of the gel with clean fingers and gently wipe off with a tissue.

This product is awesome. It is the easiest, least irritating way to remove your waterproof mascara. I will never be caught without it.

This remover is a really good choice for somebody who doesn't like those oily feeling products. It doesn't irritate my eyes and takes water-proof mascara off pretty easily and gently, but of course you gotta do some little gentle rubbing - with use of a water-proof mascara you can't expect a magic. This product is my favorite so far.

I don't like the fact that you have to go through so many steps to use this product. The instructions act like if you rub your eye with it will be harmful. Too much work.

What a great eye makeup remover!! Even removes my waterproof mascara without a problem. No rubbing involved,,,I just put some of the gel on using my fingers & wipe it off with a wet paper towel (wetting the paper towel removed any leftover residue & feels a lot more gentle than using a dry tissue).

this remover is the best; never stings my eyes, very gentle. other brands irritate my eyes almost always, but not this one!

It is hard to find eye makeup remover for waterproof mascara that works well without hard rubbing, pulling lashes out, etc. This stuff is great. Massage it in, wait a minute, gently wipe off almost completely with tissue. Slightly waxy feeling, but doesn't blur my eyes like oil based removers. Excellent product.

This is the absolute BEST eye make-up remover for waterproof mascara!!! I have used it for years and will only use this remover. It is gentle on the eyes and the mascara comes off instantly.
