i've been using it morning AND night for 4 days and my lashes are already longer, silky an thicker, they even look darker (maybe just coz of the thickness)
so i recommend using it not only at night but in the morning too,
when applying gently press the brush at the base of the lash as you would when applying mascara but press in a lil bit so u feel the wetness go onto your lashline this makes sure its goin right into the hair folical. or you could use a small lip liner or eyeliner brush to brush it along your lashline

To avoid rubbing off the product and having it dry in my eyes while sleeping I took to applying it in the mornings instead of at night. Since I don't wear mascara this worked fine. I'm not sure how well it would work with mascara. The product should be applied to the base of the lashes primarily and I found that using the tip of the brush often worked best for reaching difficult areas like the corners of the eye or the lower lashes.

Remember to apply to the base of the eye lash.
That being said, also take care to not rush the application. You can miss spots, and you can accidently run the applicator over your eyeball.
Go slowly.
