Service excellent - however, product has not worked

My service from Folica.com was excellent, but as far as the product itself (Eye Lite Double Lash), I have been using it faithfully for more than a month and have seen absolutely no results. I can't give it a "Bad" rating yet because I still have hope that it's going to do some good.
Best product out there!

I tried a friend's and after 3 weeks of use every night, my lashes were a bit thicker but A LOT longer! I noticed that when i discontinued use, my long lashes fell out, and my stubby lashes came back. so i bought it again and i have lovely long lashes again, something i've always wanted and never thought i could have!

I fell victim to overplucking when thinner eyebrows were particularly in vogue. I have since learned that, for most people, the natural fullness and shape of one's eyebrows should be one's guide. Trying to alter those characteristics too drastically leaves people looking mannequin-esque or clownlike. Unfortunately, my brows didn't grow back uniformly and they looked "patchy". This was on top of a recent incident involving an eyelash curler and a sneeze - one can imagine the result. I happened to see this product while browsing through a store at which a friend of mine worked. I only tried it because she used her employee discount to purchase it for me. I was **ASTONISHED** when it ended up **ABSOLUTELY WORKING**. My brows began growing in more evenly after a couple weeks and my eyelashes grew in more quickly than they would have without this product. An additonal bonus - my lashes are in better shape, being considerably less brittle and dry and they also seem to be thicker. I am definitely using fewer coats of mascara and, on casual days, only need to curl my lashes and go. No mascara needed. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the applicator. I think the bristles on the brush could be more delicate and more closely spaced, for more precise application, especially on the bottom lashes. GREAT PRODUCT!!!

The product arrived at my home as scheduled, in about a week. The actual product was very hot when I opened it, but I guess that is UPS' fault. Anyway, I used this product for about a month, and I am thinking of ordering another one. It definitely thickened my lashes. My lashes were naturally long, and looked pretty good without any mascara, but I barely had lashes on the bottom of my eyes. I was hoping mavala could thicken the existing lashes, and maybe make them a little more visible. I think it has done a good job, since miracles don't happen in just 30 days. My lashes feel stronger now, and I hope continued use helps its appearance even more. I think the price is pretty cheap, until you add the shipping, so if you want to spend the money, I would recommend it to anyone.

if it works i have not seen a result yet .its been about three weeks.i do however wake up with dryed product on my lashes.i have used other more expensive lash products and had results after three weeks and no dry product in the morning.

I read some reviews on eye lash conditioners/lengtheners and settled on this product.
After just one week, I can see the difference: longer, fuller lashes.
I think this product wil affect each person just a little differently, though. I may be wrong for the next person, but I think this is why it works for me:
My lashes were stressed to begin with. I live in a city with its visible share of pollution, and I wear make-up. My eyelashes are already taxed by the pollutants in the air and the constant attention I give with applying and removing make-up. They're screaming for a spa treatment.
Like any plant that suffers from the lack of good stuff (access to air and nutrients) and an abundance of the bad stuff (pollution and aggravation), my lashes have only so much tolerance before suffering.
I think this product has "fed" my starving lashes with the right stuff, so my brittle lashes soaked up the product like sponges and appear fuller and longer. This product did what it suggests it could do! That's enough for me.
I wouldn't be surprised if this product has already done what it supposed to do and my lashes have maxed out on their fullness and length from the conditioning this product has given.
No matter how much sun and water, a dwarf tree can only grow so tall...ya know what I mean?
It's worth a try, especially at this price!

I tried this product because it received good reviews and similar products at other internet sites were much more expensive.
I have been putting it on at night (on a clean face) before I go to bed. I do seem to be getting more and thicker eyelashes than I had previously. I will continue to use it and hope for even more results.

I have been using this product for about a month now and have not noticed any difference whatsoever. I don;t care for the brush applicator either. I was using Isomers and I saw a difference with that, so I guess I should just stick with what works.

Did absolutely nothing for my eyelashes.
I just wake up in the morning with white flakes on my eyelashes.
What can I say about this product?

I found that it only works when I apply it night before. If I stop using it for a few days my eyelash will go back to being thin and sparse. I think it leaves a coat overnight so when I use mascara it makes my eyelash look thicker. It's worth a try, but don't expect a miracle.

I've been using this product for about a month and a half (probably even longer) now. After the first two weeks I saw a subtle difference in my eyelashes and I thought I hit the jackpot with this product. Well now about a month and a half later I'm singing the blues because my eyelashes look the same way they did a month and a half ago.

i started to use this about 3 weeks ago and i dont see any difference. I used an eyelash thickener before and it took a while to see a difference so i think more time is needed. i will continue the ritual and hopefully a change will occur.

i bought a bottle of double lash in singapore, and after only one usage, i can already see results! im looking forward to continued use, since i have always had very sparse and short lashes. in addition, i barely have any lashes on the bottom and mascara does not do much to help. i was surprised to see that after only one usage, i can already see a thicker line of lashes on the bottom!

after the fist week i noticed darker thicker lashes, i am still currently using the peoduct however i still havnt seen more length in my lashes. the product only work for the duration of use, as soon as i stopped using it it was back to srage 1. mabe i need to use it for a longer period. it is okay i will keep using it to see if the changes sustain. but it is a good product overall

I've used it for about six months, althought I have to say it does work, but I'm very concerned about the safety of this product. I seem to have developed severe dryness, corneal scarring, and deteriorating vision as a result. My optometrist told me to stop using the product. Does anyone else have any problems? Use at your own discretion.

Have used Double Lash only one week, and already see a difference in my lashes. I've read that lashes are genetic — either you have them or you don't — but this product does seem to lengthen and thicken. It's not as expensive as some of the other lash enhancing products, why not give it a try? I've just ordered two more bottles.

This product is wonderful! It helps grow out lashes and eyebrows due to trichotilliomania. I love this product and would recommend it to anyone who is recovering from this disorder.

I've never heard of a product that actually claims to be able to make your lashes longer, thicker, stronger, etc., but Mavala really seems to be living up to its promise. I first began using the product in mid March and it is now May 10 and I am extremely happy with the results. I use it a few times a week before bed, and, although it took about 6 weeks for me to really notice a difference, I am so happy now with my eyelashes. I also use the Mavala creamy mascara during the day and my eyelashes never fall out now - which I am so grateful for. For $14, I think that you've got nothing to lose in trying this product. I love it!!!
