Pros: This is definately non-sticky and non crunchy. It keeps hair soft.
Cons: It does not hold the initial look well at all. Although, it does leave the hair soft. It does not hold the curl in place. It is also very very wet when it goes on the hair. I know it is a mousse...but it takes a lot of "working in" to get it to work correctly. This is fine for a 4 year old, but not so much for a one year old who will not sit still.
Would recommend if you want something light and soft for curls that do not need definition, and maybe a small amount of taming. Otherwise, you might need something a bit stronger.

This product took the frizz out of our children's hair as well as making it very shiny. I had been using my mousse from a salon, and this is much better!

I was looking for something for my one year old son that was safe to use and came across this line - I was excited to try it as I have never heard of Little Sprout before...
THE PROS - - - - - *** SMELLS GREAT *** EASY TO USE - NOT STICKY OR RUNNY - IT ACTUALLY FOAMS VERY NICELY AND GOES ON GREAT! *** INITIALLY, IT HELPS TO BRING OUT THE LITTLE WAVE/CURL THAT MY LITTLE BOY HAS - BUT IT DOES NOT STAY LIKE THIS VERY LONG! THAT BRINGS ME TO THE CONS - - - - THE ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT IT DOES NOT KEEP THE "LOOK" THAT IT FIRST GIVES WHEN YOU APPLY - WITHIN AN HOUR OR TWO, IT JUST LOOKS DRY AND WITHOUT THE STYLE THAT IT HAD WHEN I FIRST PUT IT ON HIS HAIR. ????? MAYBE I NEED TO TRY THE GEL. ????? I DEFINITELY THINK IT IS WORTH THE MONEY - IT IS A NICE PRODUCT & I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND IT.

My son has an incredible amount of hair for his age, 4 mos. I wanted a light-weight product for his hair to keep it out of his face. This is exactly what I was looking for. It has a great light scent, and best of all, it doesn't make his hair 'crunchy' and doesn't make him look all made-up! I love Little Sprout.
