It is definitely a nice, rich cream, but haven't noticed a great improvement with scars. I think Mederma and silcone-based scar ointments are more effective.

I am hesitant to review this product because I don't want everyone to know how great it is lest it sell out! I have been using Healfast for months and it is the only thing I have found that keeps my face moisturized while I use Retin-A. It stops the peeling that I used to be plagued with. It is the most fantastic moisturizer!

A friend brought me this cream to where I work several years ago to see what I thought of said product and I have been sparingly using it for over ten years in fear I would never be able to find any more of it again. I knew from the first usage of it Lavenir was by far one of the best products on the market; hence my using it so thriftily and my saying it is the BEST of the best! :-)
dry splitting cuticles

This product has been the only successful cream to smooth, soothe and heal my dry hands and cuticles. I have this problem extensively in winter and late spring. I have used it intermittently with their "instant manicure" salt scrub product which seemed to work even better. This is an excellent product.

My girlfriend is a diabetic and lower extremity amputee. She had developed sores due to ill fit prosthetics, which had not healed over 6 months. HealFast started working right away with VISIBLE RESULTS IN 3 0R 4 DAYS. This was vital because she maintained application of the cream. Within 3 weeks the lesions were completely healed.
