Kerastase Resistance Ciment Thermique is a heat activated reconstructor milk for weakened hair.
Vita-Topseal® protects and reinforces the
external layer and works to help repair hair damaged by harsh chemical
treatments or hair weakened by blow-drying and heat styling. Directions: Apply a quarter-sized amount to wet hair and massage through starting with
the ends and spreading throughout the length of the hair. Comb through. Do not
