I love to use this to style my hair when using a curling iron all over (think Carrie Underwood). It helps the curl stay & makes it look soft.

Not for fine hair

I have a friend who has coarse thick hair and she loves it. I have fine hair and it made my hair way to stiff and brittle feeling.
