This stuff doesn't work well. It smells nice and light, but after about two hours my curls fall flat. If you like creamy/gel type products try Innova Curl Cream - I don't think folica has it, but that stuff works well)! I have used KMS products in the past that I have liked, but this isn't one of them. I used it this morning on my fine curls and ended up having to pull out a curling iron to give my curls some definition. By mid-day my curls had fallen and I had a crown of frizz. Buy at your own peril. The KMS CurlUp Balm is the bomb! I have natural tight curly hair. It works better if you let it air dry, if your able to let it air. I wish it was in a biger bottle for my hair is long and thick it takes two bottles to do my hair. Please make it come larger. I have very fine wavy hair, and this product definitely helps bring my curls to life. I use about a quarter-sized amount and put it through my hair after it has air-dried a couple of minutes (basically so my hair is not dripping wet). I then allow my hair to air dry until it is almost dry, and then take a blow dryer with diffuser attached to it. I don't know how this product works for thick or coarse hair, but for my baby fine hair, it's the bomb!
