I used this stuff last year and no problems, worked great. But I used it this morning and now i have broken skin, blistering and weeping. I wanted to check on the web to see if anybody else had the same problems. I had no idea how bad it was though. Somebody should pass this along to the networks, they'd have a field day with this.

Had the similar nightmare experience with this product - itching, burning, blisters, swelling, soars, cracked skin/lips.
THEY WILL OFFER AN IMMEDIATE FULL REFUND IF YOU PROVIDE YOUR POSTAL ADDRESS..... but;
I am left wondering whether this is company policy so customers think how generous they are being.. or maybe it's to keep you quiet and do not take legal action against them.

I used the Just for Men beard colorant, specifically the dark brown formula. This product has destroyed my face. I cannot go out, because my face is an oozing, bleeding mess. I cannot understand how, even after I did a two day test on my arm that turned up no adverse affects, why after having Just For for Men for Beards on my face for less that 5 minutes, I am sitting here four days later with severe discomfort, itching, oozing,and bleeding...! I am very interested in knowing what type of retribution this stupid company is willing to offer, because right now, I am looking for someone to blame! On top of that, they offer nothing on what to do if this situation occurs, although a web search states that 1 in 4 people suffer from this. In fact, this seems to be the only place where anyone is talking about it at all, which leads me to believe that I am in trouble until it decides to go away.

I've been using this product for about two years. It has lately steadily become worse and worse as far as itching. I've tried all medications and conclude that this stuff is just murder. Now that I see others are in the same boat I know the truth. I don't think much, obviously, of those who sell something knowingly this way, but the point is for me to take action.

Perhaps the formula has changed recently, because I used this product in the past without problems. Howver, after the last two applications, I came down with painful after-effects described by many others.
Suggestion for manufacturers: Recall this product, come up with a much gentler formula, and test the new formula thoroughly so that it doesn't burn. Then revise the packaging or add a BOLDFACE message to the existing packaging advising customers that the product has a new formula, easy on the skin.
Most of us won't be using your product again until we see some sure sign of a change.

After using this product for years, just earlier this year I received a severe burning and itching sensation after using it on my mustache.
I have had burning, itchy and chapped lips under my hair for months now.
Just this morning, I couldn't take the itching and burning anymore so shaved it off.
The first comment from my wife was "you don't have an upper lip!"
It literally isn't there anymore. Its deformed!
I am going to have to probably grow my mustache back now to hide the deformity! Back to square one with a grey mustache!
Isn't there a lawyer out there there has suffered this same reaction??
This company has to be sent a message and its called a Class Action Lawsuit!

I used this product for 10 years no problem. Then suddenly after using this product my hair and beard itches with swelling of the lip with blisters.
My hair roots became inflamed and sore, started to ooze crusty liquid from the pore. What has happened to this great product? Have they changed the formula? I now have to go gray, clean shaven,blistered,itchy and oozing.
I use the beard color and it made a rash

I used this product for a few months and now its mess my face up with a red rash and sores some needs for this company to pay for this and maybe we all can get together and make them .I cant even have a goatee now because my face with breaks out from it even when i shave.

I have tried both of the Just for Men products and find the quality of the dyes poor to say the least. I used the black and jet black and within a few days the color started to fade to a mousy brown and downward to where you actually start to have a greenish tint to your hair. My advice is if you want something to look good, save your money and go to a professional. You will need to, the awful color this turns your hair will need to be professional recolored anyway.

I used this product to cover gray in my beard for 10 years without a problem, until now. I have a severe rash covering my face, neck, and ears. Blisters and pustules beneath my beard -- and especially from chin to neck -- weep and ooze constantly! The pain can be intense, and the itching is constant! I am surprised that the majority of reviews on this site span 5 and more years. This product is still on the shelves, and I have not noticed any adverse media or compensation due damages. This *New Improved* formulation is dangerous. I need relief! ... and I would also be interested in any additional information regarding liability and action ...
please contact me if class action suit happens

i used it for years - then i get vitaligo - i went to THE specialist for vitaligo in los angeles and the FIRST thing she tells me (in a legal-ese type of statement) when i bring up just for men is - well i have to inform you that i WORK for just for men! meaning that she couldn't really comment on the product!!!!

I used JFM beard color and the next day i woke up and my chin and my entire beard are swollen and oozing..Its so embarrassing that i will be spending the next couple days in the house..Do not use this product and if anyone has a remedy to help with the discomfort please let me no..Thank you

I used JFM for at least 10, maybe 15 years with no problem. Then a year ago I developed a horrible rash on my scalp. I couldn't believe it was JFM because I had been using it for such a long time. I spent an enormous amount of money for a dermatologist to do tests (the best he could come up with was a reaction to "fragrance.") With all other options gone, I decided to try the patch test after all. The inside of my elbow turned angry red. And after reading these reviews here today, now I know I'm not alone.

I too have been a JFM user until today when I woke to find my chin on fire and weeping like mad. Had to shave my chin, but the weeping persists. Does anyone know how long I can expect this to last? This product is dangerous and needs to come off the shelves. Wish I found this web site yesterday.VJA

I used JFM for several year no major problems. But now my Face and beard is constant burning, skin weeping, oozing and terrible itching scabbing, really bad chapped lips and itching all over ETC. Include me in any class Acton lawsuit

I have used this product for over five years. I had stopped using it for awhile and went back and tried it two days ago. I wish I had seen these reviews, I am burning and oozing from my chin and side burns. This product needs to be pulled from retail sale.

Same story here. I have used JFM for abour 8 years and it did great. Then I used it and it burned and blistered. My skin wept. I thought it had just gotten old, so I bought some new, used it again, and same thing happened. This was during a cruise where I'm in a tuxedo at dinner with a tissue dabbing as my blisters oozed down my face. Very nice. When it doesn't ooze and run, it cakes in the hair. I've been to a doctor who has referred me to a dermatologist. I think I'll contact Consumer Report. How can they be allowed to continue to sell this product?

I have used this product for years. Why all of a sudden it is buring my skin. It itches and won't go away. When I used it for the first time in a couple of weeks I felt my chin was on fire. Washing it out didn't help.

For years I used the beard and mustache coloring product with no problems. Then, early last Spring I started noticing some irritation and dryness around my lips after each use. One time my lips blistered, cracked, and oozed so badly it took a couple weeks for it to clear up. I've been afraid to use it ever since. To see if I'd still have a reaction, I just bought some product and did the patch test yesterday. Sure enough, today I have a red irritation with little "pimples" on the inside of my arm. Funny thing...I did the patch test for the same hair-coloring product a few days ago with no reaction. Why would the beard and mustache dye cause a reaction and not the hair dye?
DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT!

I have used the Just For Men Beard Dye formula for about 15 years. About 18 months ago, I started noticing a bit of skin irritation every time I used it. But,,,,WoW! The last time I used it, 6 days ago, I have broken out in a terrible rash with redness, extreme itching and puss oozing from several spots. Sleeping was terrible. I finally got some great advice from a Pharmacist at CVS. He recommended any over the counter product that is Hydrocortisone at 1 percent. This worked but I had to cover the area very well for at least 36 hours to get it under some kind of comfort control. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. If a class-action lawsuit is coming about, contact me.
