my face is on fire!!! i colored my beard and my skin is burning an itching i have oozin BLISTERS!! what will neutralize the acid????? can i use vinegar?? can i use baking soda?? .

has anyone had their hair fall out??
you know the old formula was awesome i used it all the time with no problems ,then they change the box well that's not all they change,they changed what was inside the box,the fist time i used the new formula my hair started falling out ,i thought maybe i left it on to long well i've tried it a few times after that and yep you guessed it same results so i've stopped useing it ,and yes it does burn just beware of this product..my advice to the company go back to the old formula

buzz cut and color?
