what i do is , rinse my hair and dry it off a little bit with a towel so that u can run your hands threw it and still feel the wetness, the put the ice spiker threw out your hair and spike it all around and then take a blow dry and slighty dry all around so that your hair is nice and stiff with spikes and you still get the wet look which always looks nice .
