I use this product eventhough I have long dark brown hair. It really does what it says! If you try it and don't get the results you are looking for try blow drying your hair upside down. With my hair being long it's hard for me to find anything that gives it a little lift, but this works. After I shower I spray it onto my hair, brush it threw, bend over, and blow dry my roots upside down which gives my hair a lot of lift. Hope this helps.
