Smells great!..However, it does need more sprayings to get it "volumized" although every hair case is different. My hair is "thin in diameter" and gets wavy. Overall, it's nice like any other JF products, a must try!. So got get it.
Original volumizing spray was better

I used to use the volumizing spray which I loved. I have fine hair and it worked the best of anything I tried. I ordered this as it looked like the replacement for it and I'm not as crazy about it. It does give my hair more body and doesn't weigh it down like some products, but just doesn't give is as much "oomph" as the original. I still haven't found a product that works as well, but I really wish they'd come back with the first formula!

It appears that this product has replaced the John Frieda Full-Blown Blonde Volumizing Spray. My wife very much liked the latter, but does not think the Root Lifting Spray is nearly as light or beneficial. Therefore, we have returned your product, even tho your web site certainly appeared to be carrying the Volumizing Spray.

Full Blown Blonde is terrific, I've tried many other volumnizer product, but this works best. My hair is very fine and this is the only product that gives me volumn and texture. I can't imagine not using it!!

I think most of the other reviews were from people with very fine hair. My hair is not super fine but flattens out quickly, especially if I don't blow it dry. I don't notice much of an initial difference with this product, but it does make what volume I have last much longer.
Great for dark hair.

Didn't like this product at all!!! My hair was gummy and took forever to blow dry and it seemed to darken my hair!

I'm a 63-year-old grandmother of 3, great-grandmother of 1 and have thin, very fine hair that has given me problems all my life. Now that I'm getting 'more mature' it seems that my hair is, also! I stumbled upon John Frieda Sheer Blonde Full-Blown Blonde about six months ago and was seriously AMAZED at the difference it made in the appearance of my hair! Not only does this product add fullness that I've never experienced before, but it also adds healthy-looking shine and a bit of bounce. Great stuff! I'd recommend it to ANYONE who has thin and/or fine hair and wants some thickness, shine and bounce. Kudos to John Frieda and his great products!

i have thick long curly-wavy hair that usually gets weighed down (volume-less at the root, wild and wavy at the bottom) because it's so thick and heavy. This stuff is an INSTANT FIX. Really, there are no negatives to this product. It is AMAZING. I've never encountered such a thing. It has turned my naturally thick and bouncy hair into biggest, thickest, most astounding hair I've ever seen. It's unbelievable!! TRY IT!! You notice it working as soon as u spray ur hair at the root and then start blow drying (diffusing is best). If you have lifeless hair, whether thick or fine or curly or straight, use this, along with the Frieda Brunette Wave Spray as well as a CurlyTop hairdryer and your hair will be beautiful and out of this world!!

I am a brunette, but I use Sheer Blonde Full-Blown Volumizing Spray for volume, as I haven't found a similar product for brunette hair with the same performance.

this stuff is really great!! most products don't give my thin hair as much of a "lift" as this stuff does!! it is a miracle that they made this stuff. i swear by it. i gave it 4 stars though becuase when i brush it, my hair goes pretty flat again. so if someone has the answer to that, that would be a big help!! otherwise, this stuff rocks!!

John Frieda Sheer Blonde Full-Blown Blonde Volumizing Spray works better than any other volumizing spray I have tried. I have straight blonde hair than tends to be oily when I use most products. Full-Blown Blonde gives me true volume and doesn't make my hair greesey.
Sheer Blonde Full-Blown Volumnizing Spray by John Frieda is the best!

Having very fine hair, I've tried every volumnizing product I can find and this one is the best I've ever used. It leaves my hair shiney, bouncey and full of life. It doesn't dull my hair or leave a sticky residue like lots of volumizers do. My bathroom closet always has a few extra bottles in it so that I never run out. This product works well for me when I spray it lightly at the roots of my hair all over my head and then blow dry. People are always complimenting me on my hair and I tell them about John Frieda's Full-Blown Volumnizing Spray.

I have tried numerous items that profess to give volume to fine hair. This is by far the best I have ever tried.
After towel drying my hair, I spritz some on and I can feel the increased volume even as I am blow drying.
This Brand really knows what is right for blondes

I love this stuff!!!! I use it everyday even though I have dark brown hair. It works great to add volume to my hair which is long and with the weight has no volume.

This is a great product. I do not have blonde hair, but it really does what it says and I love what it does for my fine hair. The only problem is that its impossible to find in the stores where I live.
