I have very fine, baby-like white blond hair. I use a straightner for just a minute (don't want to sizzle - burn - hair!) to smooth it out and give a little more shine. My ends tend to friz a little if I don't keep cutting them, so I discovered John Frieda's glosser - actually has much longer name: J.F.'s sSheer Blond Spotlight Sleek and Shine Detangler. It recommends using around a dime size for the hair, and in my fine condition, any more than that makes it greasy. But using with delicacy, it does indeed put a gloss on the hair and makes a lovely difference. I was really upset when I could no longer find it ANYWHERE until I had the inspired idea to use the internet. I highly recommend this product for at least hair as mine; I can't speak for others. I always use (and love) his shampoo and condition for sheer blonds as well. I've tried the spritzers and anti-friz products with less success. Catherine W-H. Palm Beach, Florida

This product helps keep my naturally wavy hair from being frizzy, and helps to keep it soft and shiny. I'm glad I found a place to buy it, because it is not in my local stores anymore.
Just a dab'll do ya

This works better than some other products designed to do the same thing, but if you use too much, your hair will attract every bit of dust it can, and then it'll just look dirty. Just use a SMALL amount.
Glamorous results

Spotlight gives my hair a mega glossy finish that I thought could only be had by supermodels under intense lighting. I wouldn't dream of going outside without it now. I've been using it along with the Dream Creme, and I've also noticed an unexpected "soft hold" that has made my hair easy to style.
