My neighbor's daughter has dirty blonde hair, but although the color is dull, her hair shines and sparkles like silk. In order to try and duplicate that shiny sparkliness on my aging brunette hair I tried a lot of spray-on products. One looked like I'd dumped glitter on my head. Another was smaller particles in a silicone/oil base, so I ended up with oily hair and not much glitter. But this Frieda product is great for that. It adds a subtle sparkle so I don't look like a trick-or-treater! Though I don't use hairspray per se, so I can't comment on the holding ability of this product. It does make my hair feel SLIGHTLY crackly where it landed, but it mists on so fine that these crackly sections are not obvious to look at.

Love it, I am a true blonde and it makes my hair shine & glisten. A little heavy but still a great product.

Holds hair, but without the stickiness of other sprays, and without the heavy clumping. I like it very much.

i have never used hairspray in my 46 years, but as my hair grows and i have it blonde, i tried this product to keep my bangs out of my eyes, it makes it just glimmer and full, i love it!it made my growing out thin hair full and dazzling, i was going to get my hair cut short, but i think i'll keep these locks a while!!

My hair is fine, graying (but frosted) which makes it wiry, blonde, and generally an aggravation to style. Products build up easily, weighing it down and I cannot tolerate that stiff, unmovable quality most sprays give me. This spray holds, really holds my style but is brushable which is a must for me as I'm always fooling with it. Also, it doesn't seem to build up much and feels clean. I use other Frieda products but this is my absolute favorite.
Nice shine for blonde hair.

I like all of John Freida's products for blond hair. This gives your hair a beautiful shine, with natural hold.
