I am an Instructor and Hairdresser. I am familiar with this product in a professional setting and it is my product of personal choice. I keep a medium to tight permanent wave curl in my hair and get my hair frosted. I put this on my clean hair for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse out and style. I do this at least once a month and treat it before any chemical processes. My hair is hard to curl so I have my hairdresser spray this on my hair and roll my permanent wave. This strengthens the hair and insures the best results. Your hairdresser may charge for applying the product but it is well worth the money for better results!

mix with a creme conditioner and sit under the dryer for 15 minutes. Can use after permimg or for weekl washes.
