This is the BEST HAIR DYE!!! donīt loose your money and time buying other product that I know for the experience are not going to work. I tried EVERYTHING before I discover this awesome product and honestly I regret every other buy, because this one is just what I was looking for.
I wanted a Cian color, so I mixed half can of turquoise and half of Blue Lagoon, and I got this perfect and nice calypso color that everyone love!
YOU WONT REGRET!!
PS: To make it last longer wash it with cold water (less hot than usual) and use a lock leave in cream after you finish.

I used this product after I bleached my hair, and I must say that it's the best hair dye I have ever used. It smelled great and made my hair really silky and smooth. The color came out great, a little more orangey then I originally thought, but its bright and amazing and I love it. I would recommend this product to anyone

Well I tried Punky for the first time a couple of months ago, and well I love it, I purchased Poppy Red and it came out fantastic. I bleached my hair first (which was kinda a horror story but two boxxes later and a very sore head I was blonde enough to go.) I wish that It lasted longer, but it is semi-permenent so it is bound to. It how ever does fade very nicely and it was like an ever changing hair color. I recently tried a new gel formula of punky colour and I wasn't nearly as happy with the results so back to the original for me.
I love punky colour!

I love it, it's awesome I didnt bleach my hair but I dyed it blonde first. I used Spring green. It came out great! I recommend the dye to all my friends.

I've done Tourquise, lagoon blue, flamingo pink, violet, dark tulip, vermillion red, and rose red... It's the only dye i trust. lasts for months. Bleach your hair before you use it.

Simply the best as I have sensitive skin and can't permanently dye my hair. Punky Colour is definitely the way to go whether you wanna go Goth, Punk, or just be YOU...Temporary, or semi-permenant if you just rinse with showers.
I've been using it for 5 years now-"Ebony/Black"
I highly recommend for ANYONE.

this product is seriously like amazing. i have been using this product for about 7 years. The plum stayed in my hair for about 3 months once and it was totally rad. but you definatly have to bleach your hair before hand, the only down fall is that it changes my pillowcase and my towel the color of my hair. so if you read this you sould really think about it cause it is awesome!

I use the Apple Green color quite frequently and it is great. It lasts a long time on bleached or light hair and actually makes my hair look and feel nice when I'm done. The color is vibrant and lasts a long time. About 3 weeks- a month, depending of the condition of your hair. If you have healthy hair the color will last longer. Just remember to use shampoos and conditioners labled "color care" to prolong vivid hues.

I purchased punky colour,about 2 weeks ago,& I'm inlove!! I used to only use Manic Panic..Now Punky is the only dye i will ever use again! Its amazing...Lagoon blue is sooo pretty it looks just like the ocean in the carribean, and when i;m out side in natural its REALLY AMAZING!! I'm sold,I think i will use the color for awhile! i usually change my hair color every few moths,but i think im going to stick with this color! Dying was easy i bleached my hair to a very pale blonde parted a section in the front, and applyed the dye with a tint brush! i kept the back blonde because the contrast is nice! The dye smells soo good ! like cherries and there was no dripping, i sat under the dryer for about 15 mins! and the color was intense! Punky is awsome everyone should try it !

This stuff's amazing. I reccommened it to anyone who wants fun colored hair dye that sticks. Even better than manic panic. Only problem is each time I dye my hair the tub and whatever towel I'm using matches my hair. =)

this is the only product I trust on my clients who want fashion colors, of course it stains everything its a direct dye, they all do. Its basically the concept of food coloring for your hair to stain it a awesome bright color. As a stylist, rule of thumb is if it doesn't stain everything including your hands, its not going to last in your hair, bottom line. Punky color is the only color line that has enough pure pigment to stain and last in bleached hair, thank god for it because it makes me a whole lot of money and my clients really pleased. they don't mind the staining or running of the color, anyone who is a true fashion color user knows the drill and is willing to have a purple tub for a couple days for some sick purple hair.I used it on my whole head every 4 weeks and have gained a whole lot of clients by my own hair as an advertisement. oh yeah and a few squirts of Clorox will take it right off honey in a jiffy. punky rocks don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

This has to be the worst hair dye I have EVER used. It tinted my bathtub completely ( I knew it would to some extent but this was ridiculous) it stained my hands and fingernails when rinsing it out too. And while washing it out in the shower it stained my body as well.
And I went to go straighten my hair when it was dry and when running my hands through my hair it stained them AGAIN. And it got on my straightener too.
I had to wash my hair 6 times with shampoo and twice with conditioner to stop it from coming off onto my hands with such great intensity. It STILL lightly is staining my hands and the foam from the shampoo in the shower is still a deep purple. I will NEVVEEERRR use this again.
Although after all of that hard work, mess and frustration the color does look nice. But it's definitely NOT worth the trouble you could get the same affect without the mess with Special effects hair dye.

I've been using the the Punky Colour for 20 years! It is the best! Yes, your shower, pillowcase, etc . get stained, but it washes out! The color in your hair is vivid and long-lasting. There's nothing else on the market like it!

Way back in high school I used Punky color and LOVED it! Then one day I couldn't find it anywhere (this is before I really discovered internet shopping) so for 4 years I used what ever else I could find including Manic Panic, Special effects, raw, fudge (also a great product but not easy to find), Jazz whatever crappy color in a pink bottle, N'rage (lol) and some other lame brands. None of them were really comparable To Punky Color. When I found it being widely sold again was SIKED! and switched right back to using it. Most recently i used their Plumb color and after a month of no touch ups it still looks hawt!

oh my goodness. So, I had recently gotten into the hairdying world, which is fabulous, of course, and started out with the ten dollar rubbish they've got at like, tescos, boots, etc. those of course didn't last very long, and the colours were awful. ANYWAY. so, I had punky recommended to me by a mate, and bought rubine red, violet, and ebony which were all fantastic. I first used the rubine and ebony, and let me tell you, the dye wasn't even fully faded when I redyed it three and a half months later. Twas still a very reddish-pink, though the black had faded to green, blue, purple and all matter of colours. Twas rather charming! So yes. Five stars, A****, and Two thumbs up!

I used this product once and will never use it ever again. It stained our counters, bathtub, two doors, and half of my body. We had to use bleach to get it off the counters, doors, and bathtub. I had to be scrubbed with bleach to get any effect of the dye off and I am still mostly purple. I recommend that this product is not used because it stains very easily.

I have always used Special Effects Atomic Pink with awesome results... but it was time to re-dye my hair and SE was out of stock so I decided to buy Punky instead, the Flamingo Pink color.
The good - the color is pretty and I get a lot of compliments on it.
The bad - 1) I wanted hot pink. It turned my (very bleached) hair a deep purple-pinkish color. Wayyy darker than I wanted. It's pretty though. Just not neccessarily what I was going for.
2) This stuff makes a horrible mess. Special Effects will obviously stain my skin if I leave some dye on it, but Punky is just terrible. When I take a shower, it turns my entire body hot pink just from rinsing out a bit. Anything my hair touches turns pink - my pillowcase, the sides and back of my neck, my ears.. if I so much as touch my hair to pull it into a ponytail my fingers turn pink. It's REALLY bad. I scrubbed the crap out of my neck to get the dye off my skin before work tonight, but I wear my hair down, and by the time I got to work 30 minutes later everyone was commenting on how pink my face and neck is! ugh.
Overall, it's kind of a cool color but I definitely will go back to Special Effects next time =)
Spectacular colour but rubs off on everything for up to 2 weeks.

I've been dying my hair red for the past 6 or 7 years, and have been in quite a few hair shows recently which has left my hair damaged from repeated leaching. I decided to take a break from the chemical cloours and developers (bleach) and try something more natural. I use Rubine, which is a beautiful colour.
The Good:
Colour was fantastic! One of my favorite colours of all time. Reflective and shinny and not cheep looking like a lot of inexpensive red colouring can be. The colour also went a long way, with salon colours I have to use a lot more procuct. The smell was very pleasant. Best of all my hair felt healthy and nice after using this colour, not stripped and rough like it usually does with chemical colours. (I usually use a hair mask after colouring, but didn't need to with this product)
The bad
The worst thing is that the colour just doesn't stay IN my hair. I don't mean it is waching out, what I mean is, My neck is constantly pink, my hands are pink if I touch my hair very much, my boy friends arm is pink if I sleep on it, the collars of my light coloured shirts are pink. I am hoping that after a few more washes it will stop, but it's ridiculous to have colour come out so much and for so long. (it's been about 2 weeks so far). The colour also stained much worse than regular salon / chemical colours when I was using it. My sink, bath tub, taps, etc are all pink now. With regular colour a little shampoo takes it off of your skin, even if it's been on there for a bit, but with this colour even if I caught it right away I was still left with a pink mark.
Summary
Wonderful red colour, great on the hair, but the colour transfers so much I can't wear anything light coloured and have to exfoliate my neck every time I want to wear my hair up. Honestly the colour is so spectacular I will probably try it one more time just in case I got a bad batch or it will magically stop coming off all over the next time I use it.
