this product is seriously like amazing. i have been using this product for about 7 years. The plum stayed in my hair for about 3 months once and it was totally rad. but you definatly have to bleach your hair before hand, the only down fall is that it changes my pillowcase and my towel the color of my hair. so if you read this you sould really think about it cause it is awesome!

I use the Apple Green color quite frequently and it is great. It lasts a long time on bleached or light hair and actually makes my hair look and feel nice when I'm done. The color is vibrant and lasts a long time. About 3 weeks- a month, depending of the condition of your hair. If you have healthy hair the color will last longer. Just remember to use shampoos and conditioners labled "color care" to prolong vivid hues.

I purchased punky colour,about 2 weeks ago,& I'm inlove!! I used to only use Manic Panic..Now Punky is the only dye i will ever use again! Its amazing...Lagoon blue is sooo pretty it looks just like the ocean in the carribean, and when i;m out side in natural its REALLY AMAZING!! I'm sold,I think i will use the color for awhile! i usually change my hair color every few moths,but i think im going to stick with this color! Dying was easy i bleached my hair to a very pale blonde parted a section in the front, and applyed the dye with a tint brush! i kept the back blonde because the contrast is nice! The dye smells soo good ! like cherries and there was no dripping, i sat under the dryer for about 15 mins! and the color was intense! Punky is awsome everyone should try it !

This stuff's amazing. I reccommened it to anyone who wants fun colored hair dye that sticks. Even better than manic panic. Only problem is each time I dye my hair the tub and whatever towel I'm using matches my hair. =)
Spectacular colour but rubs off on everything for up to 2 weeks.

I've been dying my hair red for the past 6 or 7 years, and have been in quite a few hair shows recently which has left my hair damaged from repeated leaching. I decided to take a break from the chemical cloours and developers (bleach) and try something more natural. I use Rubine, which is a beautiful colour.
The Good:
Colour was fantastic! One of my favorite colours of all time. Reflective and shinny and not cheep looking like a lot of inexpensive red colouring can be. The colour also went a long way, with salon colours I have to use a lot more procuct. The smell was very pleasant. Best of all my hair felt healthy and nice after using this colour, not stripped and rough like it usually does with chemical colours. (I usually use a hair mask after colouring, but didn't need to with this product)
The bad
The worst thing is that the colour just doesn't stay IN my hair. I don't mean it is waching out, what I mean is, My neck is constantly pink, my hands are pink if I touch my hair very much, my boy friends arm is pink if I sleep on it, the collars of my light coloured shirts are pink. I am hoping that after a few more washes it will stop, but it's ridiculous to have colour come out so much and for so long. (it's been about 2 weeks so far). The colour also stained much worse than regular salon / chemical colours when I was using it. My sink, bath tub, taps, etc are all pink now. With regular colour a little shampoo takes it off of your skin, even if it's been on there for a bit, but with this colour even if I caught it right away I was still left with a pink mark.
Summary
Wonderful red colour, great on the hair, but the colour transfers so much I can't wear anything light coloured and have to exfoliate my neck every time I want to wear my hair up. Honestly the colour is so spectacular I will probably try it one more time just in case I got a bad batch or it will magically stop coming off all over the next time I use it.

I've been hair dressing for almost 11 years and this is the best color product available. It smells great. Its thick so it doesn't drip. It does stain but most hair color does. Wear gloves and vaseline your hairline. to get the brightest color bleach beforehand and cover with a cap and heat. Leave on as long as you want. It contains no ammonia or peroxide so it doesnt damage hair. In fact it makes your hair feel healthier. If you do get it on the floor or tub or anything Vim gets it out nice.Please remember that if you bleach your hair first your will basically turn the color that the dye is. It turns out exactly the way it looks in the jar.

I ordered the Poppy Red and colored over an orangy-red hair color that I already had, it is bright and shiny and doesn't fade for a couple weeks. I will be ordering again!

soo i wanted to do something totally dramatic and decided to dye my hair bright red! or so i thought. i looked at all the colors and deicded that flame looked like a good red. CAUTING:FLAME IS NEON ORANGE!!!!!!!!!! ahhh it was a disaster but it still looked pretty cool. so i went to the salon and had them dye red over it and now it has turned into this peachy/blondish color and it is absoulutley gorgeos!! i love it! planning on dying it blue soon :]

I bought the punky red version of this color and it is AWESOME!! It dyed my dark brown hair a bright beautiful red. I originally thought since my hair was so dark, I wouldn't get a very vibrant color, but I was dead wrong. The color looks fabulous!

I have dark black hair and I didnt bleach my hair or anything b4 using Punky.
I used Plum colour and the results were absolutely AMAZING!!
It made a HUGE difference, only problem is that the colour started to fade only a few days after I used it, but it's probably because my hair is about 3x as thick as a average person (btw took less than one bottle to do my hair ^_^)
I also found that everytime I touched my hair, it would leave a purplish mark on my hands too though (yes I used rubber gloves...from the local dollar store -_- )
but for results this colour is AMAZING!@@
high recommended!!

Awsome colour, probably the best pink iv tried so far, it looks really dark in the tub but it washes off bright as anything! one thing make sure our hair is REALLY bleached to as white as you can get or it'll come out darker <3

Our sports teams love their hair colored and I have used this product for several months now on both my 11 year old daughter and 6 year old son. It is easy to apply, smells great (like blueberries!) and is dark, true to shade, lasting color!

Don't be fooled into buying more expensive dyes!!!! I've been using this stuff for ten years and no matter what color I use, it beats all the others out there. The coverage is more even and it lasts longer--I was so sad not to find it at my local store :( It's not as popular but it should be because it's simply the best!

this stuff is soooo great... take my word for it because i've used so much crap trying to get my hair red and this is the only one that really lasts. the color stayed really true for about 2 weeks, but it started fading in places where i would use hair products like root lifters and such. but even when it faded, it was very slight and still looked good.
i used poppy red, which ends up looking kind of pink, so i'll probably try something darker next time, but i still love it.

I've been using it since the first time i ever dyed my hair, back in the 90's, and it's still the best today. I've tryed all the semi-perm/demi-perm dyes out there- boo on manic panic, it really wrecked my hair. Punky is HEALTHY for your hair, leaves is shiney and soft.
I mostly use Purple, Fire, and Dandilion. The longer you leave it in (with out it drying out, use a plastic bag) the longer it will ware, and the brighter it will be.

I tried flamingo pink at the beach and loved it. When I returned home and the color started to fade I went to my local beauty supply store and found that they didn't carry it, so I bought Manic Panic passion red and my hair turned out bubble gum pink! Hated it! So now I am online ordering the good stuff. My daughter uses the midnight blue and i am all about the flamingo pink! FANTASTIC STUFF!!!!!

We ordered the Jerome Russell's Punky Hair colr for our students to use on their manikins that will be entered in the District SkillsUSA competition. The students loved all the vibrant hair colors so much, that when all the dolls were done, they started putting it their own hair.

This product is amazing! I love bold red and I'm a hairstylist and I only use this now. It fades beautifully and my hair feels great afterwards. I've never used anything like it and I've used and seen a lot. Highly recommend
