Jerome Russell's Punky Bleach - European formula bleach for highlighting, frosting & bleaching.

Jerome Russell's Punky Cream Peroxide 30 Vol (9%) must only be used with hair bleach, suitable for bleaching, highlighting, streaking and frosting hair.

This bleach kit includes Punky professional tint brush, Cream Peroxide 100 ml, and Bleach Pack 25 grams.

Functions:

Prepare your hair for Punky Hair Color or Punky Hair Color Gelle.

Directions:

Read all instructions attached with the package before use.

Ingredients:

Deionized Water, Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetearyl Alcohol (and) PEG-40 Castor Oil (and) Cetearyl Sulphate, Decyl Oleate, Cetyl Alcohol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben.

Warnings & Precautions:

Never use products on skin, scalp, eyelashes or eyebrows. Always use bleach mixture immediately and discard any unused portion. It cannot be stored. Only mix bleach in a plastic bowl (non metallic, not provided). Wear gloves throughout entire bleaching. Use a cape or towel to protect clothing. Furnishings should likewise be protected. Use bleach on dry hair only. Keep away from eyes. If bleach contacts eyes, rinse immediately with warm water and consult a physician. Keep away from children at all times. Do a strand test before every application. Only proceed if this test was satisfactory and showed no damage to your hair. If unsure of procedures or use of this product, do not proceed, consult your professional hairdresser or Jerome Russell.

I have been using Jerome Russell's Punky Bleach for two years now. It works well, is relatively easy on your hair, and is a good price. I have long hair so it matters what I use on it. I get asked almost every day what product I use and I tell them Punky @ Folica. Michelle

the only problem was i didnt know how thick it was, and if you have lots of hair like me than you should probably get 2 orders of it so your positive you have enough. It worked well and the hair color i did over it came out bright and i loved it.

Jerome Russells Punky Hair Color is the best I have ever tried. I get so many questions and compliments on my hair on a nearly daily basis. The color is true to the label, and lasts and lasts. Add to this that it really makes my hair better in shine and strength, and it all adds up to a great purchase.

This is an OLD-SCHOOL product, as it was what I used in high school to get that "candy raver" look. Nowadays, all I find are packets of bleaching agents in powder form that you need a cosmetology license to use...... I have NO idea how to use that stuff, along with activators and other do-dads. After finding out my local beauty supply store no longer carries it, I was THRILLED to find it here at Folica!! I bought 3 packages, seeing as how I have a TON of hair. Worked like a charm, as usual. Everything you need is included and pre-measured. All you've got to do is mix it together! If applied properly, hair turns platinum blond in no time! I have REALLY dark hair, and all I wanted to do was lighten it to Feria color #45 AS IT WAS ON THE BOX. So I bleached my hair to a platinum blond using the Punky Bleach kit and then applied the dye straight onto my hair after washing the bleach out. My color came out PHENOMENALLY! Brighter, shinier... exactly as it was on the box!

Alright look, this bleach kit right here i've been using since I was 16 and being 26, now I cant find it. This kit works better than anything i've ever used or seen others use. I used to keep this product quiet, not to blow my secret, but now I see that I want sales to boost so I can find it... O-well , I guess it's going to be the first thing I order over the computer. Riverside California.
