Directions: Wash hair and scalp with Jason's Swimmer's & Sports Re-Conditioning
Shampoo. Rinse thoroughly, squeeze excess water out of hair. Massage moderate
amount of this conditioner into hair and scalp. Leave on one minute. Rinse well

I bought this conditioner from my hairstylist, because I work out and sweat my hair out. I usually use optimum care products with no complaints. Well the first thing that I did not like was that it doesn't stay on the hair well enough to condition it (even if you follow the instructions). When I rinsed, it didn't feel any different than when I put it in. And to add more insult, I still had to use extra products to make my hair somewhat presentable. So save your $9.
