I live in North Wales in the uk and I was wondering if the plug that is supplied with the straightening irons would work in the Uk or should i have to use an adaptor? please help.

My hair stands out about 5 inches off my head. With this thick and curly course hair I have will it be worth the money to get this Japanese Ceramic Straightener?
My hair is also very thick and im looking for a straightener that will not only straighten it but, also make it thiner looking so it doesnt stand 5 inches off my head. Please! Give me the true anwser about this straightener.

so far from what i have read you should never do it . because you will damage your hair really bad.

Mositure
my current straightener works well but i live in humid weather and it curls when there is mositure will this product stop my hair from curling when there is mositure?

It is the best flat iron I have ever used in my life and definitely helps to keep my hair straight throughout the day in comparison to my other "crappy" flat irons that I bought from stores

the iron heats up to about 400F degrees
