It works really well, the first few times.
I've had mine for 6 months, and i normall only have to go over my hair once, but its starting to lose its touch. I had the Sedu before, and compared to that, the infiniti is quite heavy as well.

well i have curly hair that usally takes a hour to do and it only took me 10 minutes with the steam straitner

THIS IS THE WORST PRODUCT EVER!OK, I BOUGHT IT FOR 100$ +TAX!I STAYED LIKE 3 HOURS DOING MY HAIR!BUT THE RESULT, IT BURNED MY HAIR AND MY HAIR BECAME BIGGER AND POOFY! I LIKE MY NATURAL HAIR BETTER!!

This straightner is great for any type of hair my hair is very thick and curly and it makes it very easy to do it and not that much time to do it either.It makes your hair shiny and soft just like i wanted it.This straightner was worth the $100.And you can even curls your hair with it! the curls stay in your hair for all day long.

I have horrible frizzy hair - just horrible. Used to spend an hour trying to straighten it only to walk outside in hot humid Houston and in less than 15 minutes, I would be embarrassed. I have tried so many products (expensive and cheap), lotions and potions and have finally STRUCK GOLD! I bought this for myself for Christmas and for the first time in my life, I have straight shiny manageable hair that lasts and lasts and lasts. It took more than 50 years to finally get compliments on my hair - not kidding. I'm so thrilled.
I do add two easy inexpensive products which I believe helps keep the results I've been getting. After drying my hair with a blow dryer (quite frightening looking too), I spray ion anti-frizz solutions (heat protection) on my hair and use the straightener. Before leaving the house, I lightly spray it with Frizz-ease Moisture Barrier firm-hold hair spray - it dries super quick so it won't alter your hair. Best moisture protection I have found to date.
I have been out in early morning damp air and damp night air and it has stayed straight. If only I could find my camera, I swear, you'd be shocked at the results. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT. Finally a product that won't end up in my "hair appliance graveyard".

I bought this iron because I thought with steam it would be better. I also bought a more exspencive reliable brand. All I can say is the other brand walks all over this iron. It makes my hair shiny and soft. The Conair makes my hair dull, and it gets knotty quick.

I see lots of different opinions. the 1st one i saw said
i dont recommend "conair products" and that its a waste of money, and the next one said oh its great, well what you all dont get is that everyones hair is different and well some straighteners work differently dependig on the type of hair you have. So if you think you are going purchase this product, go ahead, ITS SIMPLY AMAZING. but those of you haters out there, go talk to your hair stylist. SOO ITS YOUR FAULT IF YOU BOUGHT IT AND IT DIDNT WORK SO GREAT FOR YOU.... :)

well i recived this staightener last night. i was so excited
it works diligentally. it leaves your hair really smooth and silky looking. i recommend this product :)
the only problem its that its takes maybe 10 more extra minuts to do your hair then a normal straigtener but its all worth it at the end.

I am so glad for this product. Am bout to buy one for my sis for xmas. I am african american wore my hair natural for 3 yrs,cause I wanted FULL healthy hair, relaxers even kiddie relaxers damaged my hair breaking it before it could reach the lengths I had growing up pre relaxing. Now I found a great beautician have it relaxed but in between I use this product and not only does it super straighten my hair but it is soft(not like litle sticks and crunchy like I experienced with 3 other popular straighteners) and now I have my own shoulder length, flowing hair! BEAUTIFUL! Oh ya and my man thinks so too whenever I do it myself he says I look sophisticated, gone are my uncivilised hair days although there's a time and place for that too, I'm just not in that phase right now.

I seen the straightener on commercials , finally decided to get it couldn't wait. I finally used it and the water setting doesnt last more than 5 minutes, the iron doesnt get my hair so straight. I would not recommend this product, it is way over priced for the quality. Dont waste your money, i am putting more and getting a SEDU.

I have had too many flat iron to mention. I was excited about the steam, hoping it would help protect my hair, since it tends to be dry. Years ago had a flat iron, that was a lot cheaper, that had steam and it worked great. Eventually it quit working. Used the new conair flat iron about four times and going back to my old one that cost a lot less without the steam. The flat iron did not straigten the way my others have. Thought it would add some shine, no. Waste of money..

i love this straightner and the fact that it has the steam setting i am an african american and of course i have really thick hair no i dont have a perm when i straighten my hair it feels really silky and smooth no knots or anything because of the combs i set the temp. at 360 but if u have thinner hair u might want 2 set it to a lower temp. so it doesnt burn ur hair

i was super excited when my dad ordered this because it looked awesome how it wouldn't damage my hair. the first time i used it, i was disappointed. it took twice as long for me to straighten my hair, and i wasnt very impressed with the results. my hair went back to normal after an hour or so. thank god i had a two-year warranty, so i sent it back.

This straightener is ok. It doesn't leave hair super straight like others do. The good thing is because of the steam it's seems not burn my hair like the others. It is not worth so much money though I would rather go with a chi.

I love this product. I have the same type of poofy hair that the people on the commercials have and I went home last night after receiveing the steam straightner and it was just like it was when I come from the hair salon. I am 100% satisfied with this product,

my friend has this straightener and i used it at night (because i felt like it) and in the morning it was still straight

I waz really excited to get this new straightner because it seemed so cool,you having the steam and everything.However after 10 mins of using the product my hair started frizzing up, which i thought was wierd since it was suppose to prevent it..guezz not. I even tried making the temp higher but it really didnt make a difference, people have always said that Conair straightners aren't that good now i see what they mean.
