Ian Zachary Semi-Permanent Hair Color is excellent for use in conditioning corrective coloring, color placement, and special effects

Features and Benefits:

• Contains no ammonia which results in no lift
• 33 vibrant colors can be mixed with each other to achieve innumerable shades
• Can be used with heat and is safe for tint-backs
• Applying on dry hair achieves greater coverage of grays

Directions:

1. Mix the tub of Ian Zachary hair color with the same amount of activator in a plastic bowl; blend to a smooth consistency
2. Apply to dry hair with a brush starting in the area with the most gray hair or starting  in the nape area of the head
3. Evenly apply the cream to the shaft of the hair
4. Allow the full development time as indicated
5. After timing is complete, rinse thoroughly with warm water until all of the hair color has been removed
6. Shampoo and rinse with warm water

Mixing Ratio for Semi-Permanent Color:

• All of the Ian Zachary colors are mixed at a 1:1 ratio. i.e., 3.4 oz. of any Ian Zachary Color Cream plus 3.4 oz. of Ian Zachary Activator. 

Developing Times:

• Naturals/Ash/Golden/Tobacco/Red/Copper/Etc:
  • 15-20 minutes with heat
  • 30-40 minutes without heat

Activators:

• 10 volume (3%): Only for deposit of color
• 20 volume (6%): Demi-color

• Menoethanolomine: corn oil derivative for safe deposit of color
