Ian Zachary Blue Powder Bleach is a state of the art bleach formulation and technology with fast acting and high lifting results.

• True, high-lifting, cool-tone, de-dusted bleach with low ammonia content
• Can be mixed with 10 , 20 , 30 , or 40 volume developers depending upon the degree of lightness and speed desired when highlighting

• 10 or 20 volume developer is to be used with on-the-scalp bleaching

Directions:

Mix one part bleaching powder with two parts of desired developer in a non-metallic bowl. The exposure time depends on the degree of desired decoloration and the hair characteristics. Once it is finalized, clear up with an abundant amount of water and wash with shampoo.

Precautions for Use:

Maintain out of reach of children. In case of contact with eyes, wash out immediately with cold water.
