I first came across Iamin for a burnt nose. After 10 minutes, all the dead skin came off very easily. I continued to put the Iamin on the burn and found that my nose healed without further peeling. I bought the Iamin to help in the healing process for a surgery that I just recently underwent. This dressing is good to keep scarring away, which is a build up of dead skin. I am sure there are many uses for this, the greatest one being an actual burn, however some surgeons are really getting to know this product better. I found out by accident about this product since my husband was given this when he had his hair transplant operation. I believe only a handful of surgeons out there really know it's true potential.
