type of hair/kind of waves
I was wondering what kind of waves you get when you use this product. I was also wondering if you think it will work on my hair, cause it is medium length and very straight, and thin. what is a Marcel handle

it opens opposite than what u are used to(u manually lift it open hten squeeqe it closed)I found it hard at first but once u gat used to it u find the marcel better than the other kind b/c it has more comtrol
confused
how in the world do you use it? How do the curls appear. The directions are so confusing.Do i START AT THE END AND WIND UNDER up TO THE SCALP, OR START AT THE SCALP AND WIND DOWN? My hair was one big puff ball, because I know Im doing it wrong. Question posted by Alyssia Fri May 26 2006

You use it like a crimper. Start at the scalp and use small sections open and clamp, work your way down to the end. I mostly curl all the hair and triple barrel the top layer of hair because it takes too long to do all the hair. Hope this helps!

grab 2 inch wide strands of your hair, make sure you keep the strands smooth by brushing it, hold waver close to scalp and work down to the bottom.
Heat setting?
I don't know what heat setting does what :S Does it work like "the higher the setting the more it will work better with hard to work with hair?" Like would 25 be for people who's hair doesn't curl easily? Question posted by Ashley :) Sun Feb 26 2006

i use my straihtner all the way too 25 because it doesnt straighten well on any other setting but 25
i believe it works like this also.

the higher the setting the hotter it is.
what kind of curls?
